Service advisor Dan Ford greeted me promptly at my appointment time and kept me informed as to the nature and timing of t high-mileage 2018 Forester. Dan had me in and out in less than 3 hours which was amazing considering my vehicle needed to have an axle replaced after diagnosis of a noise.
