With my previous Forester I always scheduled for early in the morning, but had to come in at 3:30 for this one, so I was a little concerned that they might be behind and my wait might be longer than normal. That wasn't the case at all. Chris Fisher provided me with a reasonable time for the work, and it was completed a few minutes early. Totally satisfied! More

She demonstrated how to use the safety/entertainment apps and devices and also explained the options and different ways I can access the technology. I especially appreciated her patience. I felt very comfortable asking her questions especially since I’m not real tech savvy. Having an expert hired to specifically help customers with the new technology is a real asset to your dealership. More
