Today Darla was able to help me learn all about my new Acsent more effectively than I could have ever guessed you could through a Zoom chat. She did an excellent job explaining all the features and how they worked and how I will be able to enjoy my new Subaru. Overall Tucson Subaru has been a great experience buying a car and getting to know how it operates. Darla was very patient and helpful and willing to take the time it took for me to figure out all the new features of my car. I appreciate her effort and will call her again if there is anything else that I come across that I don't understand or know how to use properly. I had just driven 500+ miles from California pulled in to the dealership to see if I can get my tires rotated and oil changed. Monica was outstanding! Everyone was wonderful, polite and the facility was sparkling clean. There was proper distancing and hand sanitizers. All the staff was wearing masks and some were also wearing gloves. Now, drive onto the service line, wait a very short time until an attendent signs your car in. Then, wait a reasonable amount of time in a comfortable waiting room for the car to be serviced.
