I sat in the car with Darla for about an hour and she slowly and methodically walked me through it so that it made sense and I can now find my radio stations and make hands free phone calls. Thanks Darla for helping me navigate this new technology. I still don't love it. But I do love my Subaru More

We reached out through the dealership’s website requesting assistance from Will, the Parts Manager, regarding a parts inquiry. Unfortunately, we did not receive a callback, email, or any follow-up requesting assistance from Will, the Parts Manager, regarding a parts inquiry. Unfortunately, we did not receive a callback, email, or any follow-up communication. If attempts were made and missed on our end, there was no secondary outreach or documentation to indicate multiple contact attempts. Additionally, our interactions with the parts department felt transactional rather than customer-focused. The approach appeared to default to a simple “no” on pricing flexibility, rather than exploring options or working toward a solution that would help retain long-term customer loyalty. As repeat Subaru owners, we value proactive communication and collaborative problem-solving. Due to the lack of response and flexibility, we are now seeking assistance directly through general management rather than the parts department. We would suggest clearer follow-up procedures and a more solution-oriented approach when customers reach out for assistance—especially those attempting to shop local and remain loyal to the brand. More

Rene greeted me upon arrival and Dan was my advisor for this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the i this service visit. Fabian assisted me in arranging a loaner vehicle, explained the paperwork process, assisted me understanding the vehicle operation for the loaner vehicle and was patient with me as I am physically challenged. Dan was / has been my service advisor numerous times and goes out of his way to answer and accommodate my needs / requests. The dealership is always in a high state of cleanliness. I recently had the pleasure of working with Tucson Subaru when I needed to replace a steering angle sensor on my new-to-me Subaru. Living in Yuma, I didn’t have a local Subaru dealership, so I had to go out when I needed to replace a steering angle sensor on my new-to-me Subaru. Living in Yuma, I didn’t have a local Subaru dealership, so I had to go out of town for the repair. I chose Tucson Subaru over Phoenix dealerships for a couple of reasons; they had the part in stock, which meant I didn’t have to order it and risk a restock fee if it turned out to not be the issue. From the get-go, the experience was excellent. Brandon (I believe that was his name) in the parts department was phenomenal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful over the phone. He even held certain parts for me to ensure I had everything I needed when I arrived. When I got to the service department, I wasn’t surprised to hear that the tech recommended several service items. Not knowing the service history of the car, I expected there might be some deferred maintenance. I took care of a few things myself, but I was taken aback by the condition of some drive and suspension components, which likely had been ignored by the previous owner. While this was a bit unsettling, Gavin, the Service Advisor, made the whole experience much easier to navigate. He stayed calm, cool, and collected throughout the process, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a loaner vehicle to drive for as long as it took to get my car fully serviced. When I got my Subaru back, I immediately noticed a significant improvement in how it drove, smooth shifting, better acceleration, and just an overall more solid feel. Plus, when I had the chance to look at the new parts and the work done, I could see the attention to detail from the service tech. When I got the chance to look underneath the car, I had a few concerns about some of the work done, and the dealership was quick to respond. The service team was very understanding and took immediate action to address the issue. They also offered additional assistance and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This level of customer care really impressed me. Tucson Subaru’s commitment to making things right and their proactive follow-up truly earned my trust. I’m happy to give them a well-deserved 5-star rating for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely return for future service needs and highly recommend Tucson Subaru! More

A shout-out to my go-to service advisor, Dan Ford, for reminding me about a recommended service for direct injection engines which I added. I appreciated the video inspection by tech Julian. Dan and Julian had me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Kudos to Tucson Subaru for exceptional service! Bill B. More
