First of all, I'd like to start by saying that I have never enjoyed the process of buying a car. For me, it ranks somewhere just below going to the dentist. I have also been a loyal Toyota customer for over 10 years, so I wasn't likely to buy a Subaru. However, I have heard great things about the latest Subarus and begrudgingly went to the dealership. I ended up talking to Curt about the new Impreza. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the car and knew enough about the Toyota options I was looking at to convince me it was worth a test drive. If you haven't already done so, you really need to take a look at this car. Dollar for dollar its one of the best deals you're going to find anywhere. I wasn't quite ready to make a decision so Curt gave me his card so that I could follow up later. After doing the same drill at Toyota I came back a few days later to purchase a new Impreza. I got a great deal on a very cool car while avoiding the hassle that usually comes with a purchase like this. Curt never pressured me or made me feel like I had to rush to make a choice. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions through the process. He even remembered personal details about me, like where I work and my plans for the weekend. It was a great buying experience all the way. I really love my new car. In fact, I've already recommended two friends to go down to see Curt about getting a new Subaru. Of course, it is a business and they need to make money to stay in business. But, too many have burned me in the past. Trent is different. He explained all the numbers that did not add up A LOT. Sometimes two or three times over. Trent was patient and worked with me. I highly suggest working with him if you are looking for a used car, or even a new Subaru. He is a good person. John in financing was sweet too. He remembered non-car related details from earlier conversations and followed up. I like that. All in all, not a bad experience at all considering the car buying process. After negotiations, they made the rest super easy on us. Thanks guys! More
