They gave me emergency service very quickly and thoroughly. My "check engine" light lit up and stayed on, cruise control turned off, and a swerving vehicle icon lit up. The Tucson Subaru was rated very very high so we drove 380 miles on December 23. We had traffic road construction and was 30 minutes late for our appointment but they fit us in. Our Service Representative was Mr. Dan Ford. Dan was so prompt, courteous and professional. He asked a few questions since we were new customers, asked for my keys and then escorted us to their beautiful waiting area. The area had free drinks and refreshment/snacks. He said it would be around 30 ,minutes and true to his word, the vehicle was done in 30 minutes. Dan also insured that antifreeze and windshield wiper fluids were added. I was truly impressed and will return to the dealership for additional service. Terry T. More
