We saw Curt McHenry at a food truck event in Tucson and instantly fell in love with the XV Crosstrek. When beginning my car search Subaru was the first stop. We worked with Curt and he showed us many different models and spent the time to go over all of the different specialties of Subaru and let the car sell its self. I continued to search for other vehicles at the Automall, but many of dealers had pushy car sales and never took the time to explain the vehicle, or even open up the hood of the car! I went back to Subaru multiple times to continue to test drive to find the right vehicle, each time Curt answered all questions and never was pushy to make a sale. I bought a Subaru and feel confident in my decision. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I have only had the car for a spit second, but it feels great! I also like that the warranty is backed by Subaru and not subcontracted. More

The price was commensurate with what could be found on-line from the popular car buying sites and didn't require getting the car shipped from 100 miles away. Our sales agent, Trent, and finance specialist also treated my two little kids really nicely, which is sometimes a hard thing to find! The process was painless and as quick as could be expected. Trent has been available by phone for the two times I've had questions since my purchase. I know there's no choice for a new Subaru in Tucson. That makes it even more impressive how much they go out of their way to offer stellar customer service. The sales manager brought out roses for my wife before we drove off. Nice touch! More

He gave me the time I needed and answered all of my questions as well as my family's questions (which is a big task!) Steve even made arrangements to meet me after his normal working hours to better fit my schedule. Traci Roberts in finance was also awesome. She took the time to explain things to me (more than once when needed!) and really made me feel comfortable and confident in making my purchase. I appreciated her sense of humor and ability to help me understand the finance process. I love my Subaru Forrester and I'm so happy to be a part of the Subaru "family!" More

Curt was very thorough and approachable, he scheduled an appointment for us to come in and look at cars, and was open to us comparing two different models once we got there. Furthermore Curt was friendly, easy to talk to yet professional, and he was knowledgeable and patient as he compared features between the Outback and the Forester. He was above average in his adeptness about the product line due to his previous experience in the service department of Subaru. He was on time, efficient as we did the paperwork, and easy to follow throughout the purchasing phases. Traci was delightful to work with, as well, and she made the financial part of the deal palatable due to her equally-awesome social skills. It is unusual to find a business-minded person who can also put customers at ease when "talking numbers." More

The sales person provided all the information I needed to make my decision. After doing the necessary research, I believe I got the best price possible for the purchase. After the purchase the sales person provided me with excellent service introducing me to the car's functioning system. In addition he asked me to come back a week or so later and he would go over introductory information and answer any questions I may have. He set up my Bluetooth and assured me that he would be more than willing to take any calls I may have in the future regarding the car. I would highly recommend him. I was also impressed with the finance department. The finance officer clearly informed me of all the possible warrantee options. More
Pleasant surprise! Ten years ago, I stopped into the Subaru dealership looking to buy a Forrester. The salesmen were uninterested in helping me and basically told me th Ten years ago, I stopped into the Subaru dealership looking to buy a Forrester. The salesmen were uninterested in helping me and basically told me the best offer they could give me was the sticker price, in spite of not having what I really wanted. I left there, and went straight to a different dealership, purchasing a car that night. I vowed not to go to another Subaru dealership, until this weekend when my mother asked to me to look at an Outback for her. I expressed my concerns from my past experience, but she insisted. My parents met Kevin W. and told him I would be speaking with him the next day to show me the vehicles they were thinking of purchasing. Kevin W. was so calm and not pushy at all. He let the vehicles speak for themselves, and he told me of the deals on the Outback after showing me what my mother liked. I really felt he was interested in our needs and tried his best to help us. I told him I would return either later that evening, or Monday with my parents. In what I felt was a last ditch effort, I brought my parents back at 7:45pm just to get an estimate on our trade in. Kevin G help us from this point, and again was not pushy and was interested in our needs. He explained everything to us as far as the breakdown of pricing and the amount on our vehicle trade in. After the purchase we met with Tim at almost 10:30pm. His energy certainly made those last 15 minutes go by fast. He was so helpful and straight forward with our options, and always asked if we had any questions for him...indicating a good sign that he wants us to understand what's going on. This by far was the most pleasant experience I've had buying a car (I technically didn't buy the car, but I helped my parents). They have certainly earned my business, and my loyalty, next time I buy a car! More

Steve Norris helped us out with no pressure, friendly follow ups, and caring assistance throughout the process. He seemed genuinely happy to get to know us and earn our business. Out of all of the dealerships we test drove with, Steve was the only sales person to give me friendly phone call follow ups and check in on my decision making. A new vehicle after 15 years makes you rusty at the process. Steve and Tucson Subaru made it easy. Thanks. More

Our 12 year old Forester had been a great car, but felt it was time. We love our new Cross-Trek Hybrid. More peppy than the regular Cross-Trek. Throughout the lengthy process Chris was patient, never pressured us and just an all around great guy to work with. Highly recommend him. On the business paperwork side, Tim was also refreshing to work with in comparison to other dealers we have worked with in the past thirty+ years of buying cars.
