Amazing experience! This is my second experience buying a car at Tucson Subaru and each time has been extraordinary...and not at all the high-pressured sales environment This is my second experience buying a car at Tucson Subaru and each time has been extraordinary...and not at all the high-pressured sales environment one usually has to suffer through at an auto dealership. This time, Jennifer Duran was the car salesperson. She was so friendly, funny, helpful, courteous, thorough and kind. Importantly, Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and stands by her product...which is not surprising, considering how fantastic it is to own a Subaru. It was kind of a funny story. I went in for an oil change with my former Subaru and had been thinking about upgrading to an Outback for the past year. Out of curiosity, I moseyed over to the auto dealership while my car was being serviced. I had a pretty good idea about the car I wanted and described it to Jennifer, who pinpointed the car right away. I knew right off that was the one I wanted. She worked to provide me with some very attractive incentives and I was in and out of the dealership within two hours. Jennifer is truly a treasure to work with (and so is Louie, the finance guy!). After five seconds, it felt like old friends. I highly recommend Tucson Subaru and if in the neighborhood, be sure to ask for Jennifer Duran! Oh, yes...and by the way...I love my new car. Her name is Izabella. Within 48 hours we were already on a long road trip that has included crossing a creek and climbing a dirt road up a winding mountain. WOOT! More

Actually a Pleasant Experience I'm not a car guy. To me they are like washing machines. You want one. You need one. But I don't care about them. Car salesmen love cars. Most assum I'm not a car guy. That, and their eagerness to make a sale, leaves me feeling like we're are never on the same page....sort of like going to the dentist. Steve Norris, however, breaks the mold. He has the ability to tune into the perceptions and mood of his clients. It was why I went back to HIM after first meeting him in 2015. I am 68 and just bought my 8th car. It was in my opinion 'as good as it gets.' Thanks Steve. More
