Louie helped us with our finances and warranty needs and was a very enjoyable professional to work with. Louie quickly worked his numbers magic with a first name basis with banks from Tucson to Casa Grande. He was able to cut my APR in HALF from my pre-approved USAA loan! They even brought the paperwork to us in the kids play area so that my son could enjoy himself while my wife and I were able to go over every detail of this great car buying experience. Go ahead and try to find this same level of professionalism and enjoyment at other dealerships. It will be near impossible to match, I know from car shopping at several other dealerships over the past week. It was unfortunate our 2016 was involved in an accident, otherwise we had no reason to trade in. Our previous purchase was with Gil Warren, and we were completely satisfied on the previous purchase. I contacted Gil and explained the situation of our 2016, and had Gil work on possibilities for us. Gil was very motivated and after some discussions we got to a point that was amenable to us, we settled on the new 2017 Outback. We never talked to any other sales people and did not need to. Since our previous relationship with Gil was one we could trust. Gil is a straight up guy, which suits us perfectly. The vehicle was perfect, which is why we came back for the exact same model and features. We were in and out in just over 2 hours. Happy to be doing business with Gil and Tucson Subaru.
