I visited the dealership for a test drive and was greeted with a very welcoming non-pressure Sales staff that was very helpful and courteous. I had prearranged financing and they were able to find me a better finance rate. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle or switch to their financing. It was simply offered and the decision was mine. I would recommend visiting this dealership before purchasing a vehicle. If they don't have it in stock I believe that they can locate what you want and still deliver a fair price. The usually painful experience of purchasing a vehicle is not present at this dealership. It was a painless, non-pressure experience that I would recommend to others. More
The staff here was excellent. There was no pressure and they were very helpful with all of our questions as we tried to narrow down what we wanted to purchase. The shares check is awesome too! We're walk they were very helpful with all of our questions as we tried to narrow down what we wanted to purchase. The shares check is awesome too! We're walking out with an extra $900 on top of the great deal we already had. Also! They gave us double for what others were going to pay us for our trade in. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest staff who doesn't play the usual car games. More
After months of searching I found the car I wanted on line. The dealer, TruWorth Auto, is located in Indianapolis, about a 2 hour drive from my home in Cincinnati. I sent an email that I would offer "$39,000 plus my trade-in". Shortly thereafter Jen called me, asked a few questions about the trade-in (for which I wanted $4,500 for) and accepted my offer. I validated the offer and emphasized that if I was going to drive two hours with my three year-old son in tow that this needed to be a sure thing and wanted no surprises. Nope, no surprises here, I was assured. I made the two hour drive and was greeted very warmly by Jen and the entire staff. As it turned out the car was their showroom centerpiece and everyone was very excited to see it sell. Everyone wanted to talk, play with my son and so on. It was all very friendly. If I remember correctly Jen only offered me $3,500 for my trade in but I knew I was getting a great deal on my dream sports car. So no problem. Then it came time to sign. When the sales manager (whose name escapes me now) presented me with the paperwork I was shocked to find that the price was still $42,000. I had offered $39,000 plus my trade in, $3,500, so my bottom line should have been in the neighborhood of $35,500 before tax. Jen claimed that she had misunderstood my offer. She says she thought it was for $39,000 with my trade in. Apparently she had trouble understanding plain English as my emailed offer stated "$39,000 plus my trade-in". I even had her open the email and read it for myself and the sales manager. So what are you going to do to make it right? Nothing. With the exception of an additional $300 (insulting) for my trade I was completely stone walled. Keep in mind, the tags have already been taken off my truck and the baby seat is already in my new car. I also noticed that everyone disappeared. All the managers that were so eager to discuss my new purchase and play peek-a-boo with my son have tucked tail and run. The salesfloor had become a ghost town. Long story short, I took the car; I took the car. It was exactly what I wanted and it was still a good deal. However, the way I was treated at that point is far from acceptable. I explained to the sales manager that I am a retail store manager and when my employees make a mistake I suck it up and make it right by the customer. He simply stated that's not how it's done here and then had the audacity to let me know they are only making $1,800 on the sale. As if I care what their profit is. In short, their employee made a $3,000 mistake and the company had no intention of making it right by the customer even after I validated the details with Jen over the phone before leaving the house, then packed up my 3 year old son, drove four hours round trip and wasted my whole day. The lack of integrity, empathy, sincerity and general customer service was appalling. I will never return to do business with this company nor recommend them to anyone. In fact, I will go out of my way to express my complete disgust for Jen Osborne, the entire staff at TruWorth Auto and their self-serving and underhanded business practices. I have plenty of family, friends and acquaintances in the Indianapolis market and I intend to see that they all hear about my experience. More
This was the first time I went to TruWorth Auto and was extremely impressed. Tom, our salesman knew his inventory well and spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable before I bought the vehicle. T extremely impressed. Tom, our salesman knew his inventory well and spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable before I bought the vehicle. TruWorth beat out the competition in three big ways: 1) vehicle mileage, 2) vehicle upgrades, and 3) vehicle price. I spent lots of time shopping, but no other team came close to offering me what I wanted in a used vehicle. xxxxxxto the whole team for working with me and helping me find the right SUV for me! More
I have given this dealership a rating of "Great" because we had the absolute BEST experience in our experience with car dealers. We had a 2011 Mazda CX-9 that was coming due on the lease. W "Great" because we had the absolute BEST experience in our experience with car dealers. We had a 2011 Mazda CX-9 that was coming due on the lease. We had already purchased a new vehicle and weren't sure of what to do with the various term-end lease options. The TV commercial inspired us to check into this new "Share Program." Low & behold - less than 6 weeks later we have received a check in the mail for $1,614.80. My wife's father is getting ready to get a new car and her mother will be ready soon. We will not only recommend TruWorth Auto in Indianapolis to them - but to everyone we come in contact with who is looking for a car dealer experience that will leave them feeling refreshed, treated honestly & fairly, and with a regained sense of respect for the entire car buying-selling experience. We will absolutely go to TruWorth Auto as our 1st choice with every auto transaction in our future! More

My name is Larry Dean Warren. Last week I reviewed and commented on my experience with TruWorth Auto. I would like to provide an update on my situation with the dealership. I would like to retract any and commented on my experience with TruWorth Auto. I would like to provide an update on my situation with the dealership. I would like to retract any and all comments I posted on this site last week. I now know that those comments were made in haste without giving TruWorth an opportunity to respond to my concerns. I had called and e-mailed my concerns to my sales team. Unknown to me these concerns did not make it to Nick Hardwick, the general sales manager in a timely manner due to the conflicting work schedules of the sales team and Nick. Once Nick was aware of the situation with the vehicle I purchased he contacted me the same day to help resolve the issue. Nick had me bring the car to the dealership to be inspected. I was told that as I suspected that there was an issue with the drivetrain. Nick instructed the service team to order me a rental car and proceed with checking out my car. The inspection determined that the transmission would need to be replaced. In my communication with Nick on Monday (3/03/14) he informed me that the car would be repaired at no cost to me. Nick and the entire team at TruWorth have been the ultimate professionals since he got involved. They have gone above and beyond to correct the situation I experienced last week. I want to apologize to TruWorth Auto for any remarks I made in my review of their dealership last week. I sincerely believe that a lack of communication between me, the sales team and the general sales manager (Nick) is what caused this problem. I would recommend this dealer to any and all who decide to purchase a vehicle from TruWorth. More

The decision to sell my SUV wa commercial. I was very nervous at first, but Jenn immediately put me at ease with her friendly and helpful attitude. The decision to sell my SUV was difficult for me, but the TruWorth staff made it so much easier. The whole experience was positive, and I was very happy to get over $1000 in my share check. I got the Blue Book value of my SUV, so I am satisfied with that. I would recommend TruWorth to anyone who needs to sell their car because it's faster and safer than selling it on your own. More
My experience with this dealership was fantastic from beginning to end. There was no high pressure like there is in other "traditional" dealerships. The share program for trade-ins is really nice and I beginning to end. There was no high pressure like there is in other "traditional" dealerships.
