The had some issues, check engine and faulty misfire. However, they did fix the check engine light. The service guys were nice, but took almosr four days to diagnose and fix the problem. I am afraid to have them look at it because of the length of time. I know that there is no warranty but a vehicle should last the trip home. Unfortunatley, i feel that it might have more isues later in the next few months. Good experience, just buying something used with no idea what will happen is nerve-wracking. More

Total Satisfaction I had been looking at the 2011 Avalanche on line and new it was the truck for me. Mr. Pautsch even delivered the truck to me and took my trade in back with him as I was tied up at work all day. The process was seem less and the customer service was second to none. Shares Trade Review I sold my Kia Soul to TruWorth and got a fair price for my trade-in. On first test drive the car had issues but the service department took the car and hopefully has taken care of the issues (basically a new clutch). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the car is as good as it looks. If so it was a great deal and I feel a lucky man. I first thought the chances were probably slim that I would get anything close to what the estimated Shares trade amount would be, but anything extra would be welcome. When I got the email to say my Shares Trade check was ready it was a big surprise and hard to believe it was ~$400.00 more than first estimated. This is such a great program and I would recommend TruWorth Auto to anyone selling or buying a car. Way to go TruWorth Auto!!! More
