It was extremely cold and dark on that November day and we didn't spend a lot of time outside. We looked the car over the next day and discovered the right side mirror was cracked in the area of the turn signal. I called and our salesman, Scott, said he would check with the service department and get back to me. I sent text pictures of the cracked plastic. He said they did not operate on a "buyer beware" basis and he would follow up. He NEVER contacted me again. I called the dealership, his cell number, etc several times and left my contact information with no response. I felt I at least deserved an answer. I was very disappointed. Maybe that's what you get when you pay cash. I probably should have called the manager and didn't. I would recommend them with reservations. More

For awhile my fiancé and I were having discussions of buying another vehicle and realized that trading in our old one was the only way we could achi For awhile my fiancé and I were having discussions of buying another vehicle and realized that trading in our old one was the only way we could achieve this goal. For one full week, I was in constant contact with Michael P “Big Mike” through e-mail. I told him the issues we were having, our needs and wants, and our financial situation. I gave him a list of a few vehicles we were interested. When the day came we were warmly greeted by the staff and Michael had perfect memory of everything I had e-mailed him about. He sat my fiancé, mother, and I at a table and offered us any food or drink. Afterwards he helped to fill my mother as a co-applicant (which was discussed in the e-mail). Once finished he told us that a man named Chip would be working on financing to find an eligible loan and the first vehicle they were going to try for was a 2010 Honda Insight EX Hybrid (a car that was on my list). After quite awhile of waiting they came up and told us we weren't eligible with our bad credit history (already known) and they were going to try for a 2008 Toyota Yaris. I was slightly discouraged as I began to believe that we were going to end up getting offered a vehicle to test drive and end up having to still put money down. We waited a bit longer and Michael finally came up to us and said they had found a car they believed to be perfect for our budget plans. The 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid. I tried to hide it, but I was super excited as the vehicle was a hybrid, in great shape, a lovely luxury vehicle, and a USSNews ranking of 4 ½ stars out of 5 for reliability. We told him we would love to test drive it and he had it outside waiting for us. He said that he wasn't going to come with us and we were free to take as much time as we needed and to go out for lunch since we had been there for so long. After probably 15-30 minutes of stress testing the vehicle, we had fallen in love with it. We drove back to the dealer and asked him the many MANY questions we had in regards to the Hybrid maintenance, gas, etc. He called someone over who answered all of the questions we had. After much deliberation we decided to get it. We waited a bit longer while they tried to find the best financing and told us the best they could do. Since I was having to trade in my 2001 Hyundai Accent GS that was worth 300-400 and the “down payment” for the Milan was 500, they said they would be fine valuing the Hyundai as 500. The Milan was found to have only one key as it was electronic, but Mike had given us his business card with a Ford company that could help us with the Key less Pad entry code and the best way to obtain an additional key for our vehicle and when my phone was dying when I was finding contacts to add as a reference he had even went to grab a charger so I could continue to use my phone. I can’t express how happy I am to have a reliable vehicle for a future family. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I’m sure I missed many additional perks at this dealership but I felt like just an equal customer as someone buying a brand new car! Pros: Exceptional customer service, all questions answered, never once pressured, Calm surrounding, car choices Cons: Wait time (But this is completely understandable) Result: HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here to buy a vehicle especially if you’re a first time buyer! More

Mike wasn't a salesman he was a customer service guru couldn't have asked for anything better. Chip was also very good in what he does and put it all together for us when no one else could and that means the world to my wife and I. Definitely will recommend and in a couple of years will look to buy from them again. Call Mike and he will work hard for you!!! More

No beating around the bush, no tricks. I loved it. I wanted a 2009 Jeep, couldn't get it but Chip was determined to help me leave with a vehicle within my range and one that would fit me. He didn't look at me like she's 19, I can get over on her. End of story, I drove off the next day in a 06 Jeep :) :) Thanks Chip and Scott Holthouse. First-Time Buyer Experience I was in an interesting situation when I happened upon TruWorth Auto. I hadn't planned on buying a vehicle for a few more months as I am relocating to I was in an interesting situation when I happened upon TruWorth Auto. I hadn't planned on buying a vehicle for a few more months as I am relocating to Alaska from Indiana. I had thought I would just sell my vehicle and buy out there and thus hadn't done much research. When my vehicle died on me a month and a half before my move I had to change my plans and start looking. We stumbled upon TruWorth to browse and were met by salesman Casey Niles in the parking lot. I was always told to not share everything as salesmen are always out to get you so with that, didn't share much initially. My fears were eased very quickly as Casey told us that this was a 'different kind of dealer'. And boy, are they! They not only tell you that, they definitely back-up that statement and show you! They don't work on commission and they do want to help in whatever way possible to ensure that you get the right vehicle and that shows from the very first meeting. Long story short, our initial browsing turned into a consulation that went through their inventory and we discussed what I needed. Moving to Alaska, obviously meant that I needed to have a few more things that weren't necessarily standard here in IN. Casey pulled-in another salesman--Nick Hardwick and he added to the very high-level of customer service that we had already been receiving. We were able to work together to find a vehicle that met my needs as well as they were able to guide me to items that I didn't even think about (engine block heater, vehicle that would work with lots of snow, ice, rough terrain, etc). Being a first-time buyer I was very nervous about what I could afford as well. That ended-up not being an issue at all. They both again, guided me through the information and made the entire process incredibly easy. Also, with my current vehicle being inoperable they pushed the process through quickly and we were not only able to get my vehicle up to the dealer for a trade-in, but they were able to get the new vehicle ready in a very short amount of time--that included not only the very thorough inspection process but also installing the engine-block heater and new tires. Not to mention it was over a Holiday and they provided again a high level of customer service to ensure that all my needs were met. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone--first time buyer, or otherwise. Even if they don't make the sale the way they go above and beyond is amazing! I am VERY happy with my purchase and got a great vehicle and feel very comfortable making this cross-crountry trip and driving this all around the 'Last Frontier'. Please go and visit for yourself! If you are unsure, look at their inventory online first and you will see that the vehicles alone are worth a visit. Once you get to meet their highly-qualified salespeople as well you will not want to work with anyone else! More
