I will even go far enough to say that when I found myself out of a job for a short period of time, I decided to interview with TruWorth Auto just because of my positive experiences with them purchasing vehicles. I thought if this is how they treat just everyday consumers, it must be great to work for them. I would have taken the position offered to me but at the last minute, I was offered a position back in the industry I had been in for over 30 yrs and decided that would be best at that time. 2013 F150 Lariat - Gorgeous truck ,fair price, great service Saw the truck on-line and had many conversations w/ Robert LaSalle. He responded immediately to every request I had for info/pictures on the truck. I live in NY and the truck was in Indiana and prior to me flying in I had to be sure the truck was up to my standards. A 30 minute Face Time video with Robert showing me every aspect of the truck that I requested sealed the deal. Decision made - deposit down and then fly in. That process took almost 10 days as I am very picky and hopefully thorough. Robert picked me up at the airport and I got the first look at the dealership. Compact quarters with a lot of quality vehicles of many styles. I told Robert I needed to be left alone so I could concentrate on inspecting the truck. He checked in once in 40 minutes - did just what I asked. We then went for a ride - what a gorgeous truck - met all of my expectations. The paperwork was started and in 45 minutes I was on my way home. Would definitely consider TruWorth Auto AND Robert LaSalle for another vehicle purchase. Hope you have a good experience also. TruWorth Auto made it right. I purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia with 70,000 miles. The car was like new.. After a week the windshield wiper would not operate in cold weather. Honest and their word means something. I purchased two cars from Truworth in 2016. Both experiences were positive. No questioned asked they made the repair and all is great. Good to work with people who their word does mean something. More
