It was there and when we arrived, they had the car ready for us to test drive. We were very impressed with the inventory we saw at Truworth in addition to the condition of the car we chose. They got right to work so we could get back on the road. When I started to negotiate, I learned about their pricing model and was quite impressed. I had done some looking around already so I knew the price was fair, but I thought "might as well try!" In the end, I was appreciative that the price was set and there wasn't a back and forth awkward negotiating period. The time from stepping onto the lot to driving off the lot in the car was around 2 hours. I was trading my car, so there was some inspection time and paperwork involved. I have really appreciated the follow-up emails from them on the anniversary of my car purchase. More
