I buy and sell cars annually, and always go to TruWorth to get a quote on what I am selling, which almost always is head and shoulders above what other dealers are willing to offer for my vehicle. Since Big Mike recognized me from previous cars Ive brought in (over 5 years), he made sure his sales professionals treated me like someone who was there to do business, not to browse. Thank you for that. In the past, They have gone through the whole detailed step by step process of how Truworth buys and sell vehicles,, but they made sure not to waste any of my time knowing Ive been in before. They looked at my trade in, and bypassed the 15 minute walk through of how they do business and just gave me my price. Thank you again. For someone who spends too much time cutting through dealer red tape, its nice to not get any run around at TruWorth. Rod was open and honest about other clients concerns with the vehicle I was looking at, Robert was also very forthcoming about my search. He went out of his way to look for the very specific things I was looking for in my next vehicle for several weeks. When I came back in at closing time for the 3rd time in 3 weeks to take the truck I was looking at out one more time, they were over the top accommodating. They stuck around until almost 9pm to make this deal happen. After making the purchase, I had to come back in to pickup some items I left behind in my last vehicle, and Ryan also was extraordinarily friendly and spent 20 minutes helping me, even though no sale was to be had. Very nice experience. There were others who were very helpful, or friendly along the buying process, so I apologize if I haven't included you in this! It was slightly better than I was looking for, took another 10 minutes of paperwork and the truck was theirs. I had to go home to get the title, and told them it would take me a couple of days to get it. They drove me home (30 minutes) and then came back 3 days later to give me the check once I had the title. Couldn't have been easier. Great people, fast and fair. If I had another car to sell I would go to them first. More
