But factory-orders don't work that way under normal circumstances, and they dang sure don't work that way during a pandemic! But Tyler did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop on updates, and explaining the process when there weren't any. Furthermore, when it appeared my vehicle was stuck in Groundhog Day while awaiting a rail car south, Tyler and his GM Greg got involved. Two days later, my car was headed south. The dealership was amazingly easy to work with as well, and they had so many long-term employees! This is something you just don't see in most car dealerships. NOTHING was pushed on me, even in finance (another very different experience). Glen (sp?) gave me some warranty options and let me choose as I pleased with no pressure at all. I'm telling you, this is what car buying should be! These guys will get my referral every time someone I know needs a car. I honestly can't give them enough praise. GREAT experience. Oh, and BTW, the car is TOTALLY badass!!! More
