I have spent a lot of time in auto dealerships over an adult life working in broadcasting. Today my son asked me to travel with him to Troncalli to look at a Fiat Spider (not my ideal pick for my son, bu adult life working in broadcasting. Buy an impractical car if you like. ;-) You could have taken video of our experience and used it for training. It was perfect, start to finish. First, the vehicle was a rare find that was priced in the range where it should be. What a treat, especially now, that the car was priced reasonably to begin with and I didn't feel the need to negotiate. I'm sure that's not always the case, but their posted price was fair. Our rep, the sales manager and finance professional were all perfect. The offer on the trade was at the low end of what we expected, but it was a 2014 vehicle with mid-range mileage and I decided to keep it in the family rather than trade it on my son's purchase. Greg Gantner, the sales manager, was genuinely as interested in my son's satisfaction with the dealership as I was. This dealership is fortunate he is working with their customer base. There was zero pressure in finance. My son and I were able to look at the options, the pitches for additional services / warranties were matter of fact and we were not goaded into purchasing services or additional protection we didn't want. Troncalli has been in business since 1951. Today's experience was excellent and I'm certain Troncalli will be going strong in 2051. Well done, everyone. More

Great experience. No haggle shopping. Saw the 1500 Ram I wanted and how i wanted to pay for it and they were straightforward with what they could do for me. No games, No haggle shopping. Tyler was fantastic.
