We can accept vehicles for "Quick Lube Express Service " until 5:45PM Monday thru Friday and until 5:15PM on Saturday. We offer shuttle service, rental vehicles, and if you choose, a large waiting area with KEURIG Coffee and a children's play area.
Our Collision Center is here to help you protect your investment. We have highly qualified I-CAR trained personnel and a state of the art repair facility with all of the necessary equipment to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We repair ALL makes and models and work with ALL insurance companies!

Went on a fluke, left with a vehicle. Impressive staff, I've had several bad dealer experiences around Chattanoonga, but an ad led me to Troncalli. It was a worthy 3 hour drive. Unfortunately, I can't rate them lower. Our salesperson David was phenomenal. Every other aspect of the car trading/sales/finance process was painful. setting an expectation is important Our salesperson David was phenomenal. Every other aspect of the car trading/sales/finance process was painful. setting an expectation is important and I feel like I was told one very positive story to make the trade and sale and the actual delivery process was entirely different. Our trade in was valued well over the sales price of the new vehicle. Since the close of escrow... three weeks ago... they have received the money from the sale of the new vehicle.... and have sold my trade vehicle. We still have not received a check for the balance. As I mentioned in the beginning of my diatribe, setting the expectation is important. To tell a customer, "You'll cut them a check for their vehicle", then not pay them for weeks leaves a bad taste in your mouth. We will no longer do business with Troncalli in the future... Sales or Service of our new vehicle!! More
