I was there last week and I was greeted by Lewis. I was just looking at Jeep Wranglers on my lunch break and I told him I wasn’t buying because we have young kids and don’t need a Jeep. He was still very nice and talked to me for about 10 minutes and even offered to take me on a test drive. I politely declined since it doesn’t fit the needs of my family but I love them so much. Had one before but had to sell it due to the family getting larger. I didn’t give him my information because I’m not in the market for one, I miss my old jeep and I was just dreaming of having one. He was definitely a breath of fresh air and if I know anyone that’s in the market for one of your vehicles, I will definitely send them to him. More

The next day, I drove down with the intention of buying and was greeted promptly by Bill (since it was Michael's day off). To say Bill was phenomenal would be an understatement. He was very welcoming and able to answer ALL of my questions without any hesitation. Before I even arrived, he had the service department check the vehicle over and had the detail team already working to get it ready for me. While I finished with the finance rep, Bill went outside and set the comfort features to come on when the vehicle was started - he had the heated seats going and warm air blowing so I wouldn't have to freeze. So thoughtful! He also took the time to go over all of the vehicle's features, the technology, and helped me pair my phone. He was hands down THE BEST sales person I have ever worked with (and I've worked with a lot). I really appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle. More
