We throughly enjoyed our experience with Troncalli. We have used Troncalli for service on our Jeep for a while and have always been pleased. When it was time to look for a new van we knew who to go to. Daniel was able to answer all of our questions without being pushy. He made an appointment with us so that we would be able to have his attention. We got a great value for our trade in as well. We love our new van and would recommend Troncalli and Daniel to anyone looking for a new car. More
Troncalli personell has always been very good to work with, either the sales staff, the parts dept.,the service staff or the collision repair staff! with, either the sales staff, the parts dept.,the service staff or the collision repair staff! More
Everything worked out like I wanted. I got the payoff that I needed for my Lincoln and got the new Charger that I wanted. If I lived closer, I would get my service done here. that I needed for my Lincoln and got the new Charger that I wanted. If I lived closer, I would get my service done here. More
I only worked with Kevin via email and phone, but he was very easy to work with. He didn't try to hard sell me at all--I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he gave me a good quote. I was up front very easy to work with. He didn't try to hard sell me at all--I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he gave me a good quote. I was up front with him that I'd be shopping his quote, and promised to give him a chance to beat another dealer's quote, a situation he was fine with. Ultimately, he was able to get me the best price, but unfortunately he didn't have the exact color my wife wanted (and she's the real boss). So, I went with another dealer. But I would definitely recommend giving Kevin a call next time you are in the market for a Chrysler in the Atlanta metro area. More
Purchased a new Jeep Rubicon. The next day I found damage on the roof of my jeep from the transport truck. I was dreading the trip back to the dealership. When all was said and done I could not have been an on the roof of my jeep from the transport truck. I was dreading the trip back to the dealership. When all was said and done I could not have been any more pleased. The top was replaced with a new one. The customer service was top notch. I might have saved a few bucks at another dealership but with the after the sale service I am glad that I chose Troncalli. More
Great customer service. Great price on new "Durango"! We love it! We are repeat customers to this dealership and we got the same exceptional service we did years ago. "Durango"! We love it! We are repeat customers to this dealership and we got the same exceptional service we did years ago. More
Don't waste your time. The salespeople are really helpful when it comes to taking your money and getting you into one of their vehicles, but that's about as good as it gets. The service department is absolut when it comes to taking your money and getting you into one of their vehicles, but that's about as good as it gets. The service department is absolutely terrible. For starters, my turbo went out so I brought it to them to fix. After repairs were made, I picked up my car and got no further than 9 miles down the road before i lost oil pressure. Once the tow truck picked me up and we got back to the dealership, it was determined that the motor needed to be overhauled. Now after this happened it ran decently for the next 30k miles except the bearing noise, messed up starter which would grind on the flywheel, and some other minor repairs which were neglected to be repaired at my request. Then the motor started knocking. Once again, I bring it back to see what's up. Without performing any type of mechanical test or taking anything off of the vehicle, they could tell me it needed a short block and a turbo. This sounded absolutely ridiculous, so I called every Subaru dealership in the state of Georgia, and not one of them had these unheard of amazing diagnostic skills. They are NOT a credited member of the Better Business Bureau, so that won't get you anywhere, and Subaru of America doesn't want to do anything to help. Now they expect me to PAY them to take it apart and determine whether it was a latent defect from previous repairs(which they assured me is not possible because they don't make mistakes....ever). I have gone to them for years because of the 2 used jeeps I have owned. Because of Jeep technology or peculiarities, I want dealers to work on it with the knowledge of the obscure things that can apply to Je I have owned. I feel fortunate to have a local dealer I trust; this is only 2nd dealer I have ever really trusted in 30 years. More
