Tye had been recommended to me by a friend, and he asked Chad to take care of me -- I was treat with respect and fairness during the whole process, and when I had a question they answered without making me feel stupid -- and anyone single woman (buying a car) will tell you that is extremely important! They knew what vehicle I wanted and what I wanted to spend -- and they worked hard to make it happen -- I now have the most beautiful new Jeep :-) I would highly recommend that Troncalli markets themselves as the place where women can feel comfortable making their own car purchase with none of the pressure or sales pitch that is usually associated with this. They took time to talk to me to determine what type of vechicle I wanted and what I could afford and they did everything they could to get me the vechile I wanted in my price range. I'd been researching new cars for a few weeks, and had pretty much decided that my next car would be a Dodge Challenger. Even though I wasn't planning to buy for at least six months to a year, I dropped pretty much decided that my next car would be a Dodge Challenger. Even though I wasn't planning to buy for at least six months to a year, I dropped by Troncalli to pick up a Challenger brochure. While there, I struck up a friendly conversation about the car with salesman Bill Winslow. I didn't want to waste his time, so I told him up front that it might be a year before I could actually buy, and that I was mostly just collecting information about the car. "Have you driven one yet?" he asked. I told him I hadn't, but that I'd certainly come back to drive one when I was closer to being able to buy. He said since I was there already, I might as well take one for a spin to see if I liked it... and after reassuring me that I wouldn't be wasting his time, I agreed. Of course I loved the car. And wouldn't you know it, shortly after the test drive my situation changed and it suddenly appeared I might be able to buy sooner rather than later. (I'm sure Bill knew that would happen if I drove the car!) In all seriousness, though, Bill was never even the slightest bit "pushy" throughout the entire process--he simply made himself available and answered any questions I asked. In other words, he was just how I want all salesmen to be... helpful, informative, and absolutely no pressure! When it was time to actually buy, Bill gave me a very fair price right off the bat. I'd done plenty of research on pricing, and knew what to expect--and based on previous car-buying experience, had expected that there would be some negotiating involved. Not this time. I named the price I wanted to pay--based on the research I'd done, not just a ridiculous low-ball offer--and Bill said he could he do that. So we arranged the financing and started the paperwork. Easily the smoothest and most enjoyable buying experience I've had! I'm loving the new Challenger, and would highly recommend Troncalli--and especially Bill Winslow--to anyone in the market for a new car! This is how buying a new car SHOULD be! More
This was the first time I had my Jeep serviced at Troncalli Jeep, due to a recent move they are now the closest Authorized Jeep Service Center to my new location in Dahlonega, GA. I was very pleased Troncalli Jeep, due to a recent move they are now the closest Authorized Jeep Service Center to my new location in Dahlonega, GA. I was very pleased with my first experience at the Troncalli Jeep service dept. My service advisor Joe Maturani was Knowledgeable, Professional and Courteous, he made my first visit a pleasure as he addressed all of my concerns and issues. My Jeep was taken in immediately when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and Joe's estimate of the time it would take to do the service and repairs was dead on. I would give Joe a AAA+ rating. All of the staff I had contact with in the service dept. were pleasant and helpful and I would give the Troncalli Jeep Service Dept. the same AAA+ rating overall as I did Joe Maturani from the person who greeted me upon my arrival at the service dept., to the gentleman who drove my Jeep from the service advisors station to the service bay, to the technician who preformed the service and repairs to my vehicle. Joe Maturani represented the dealership service dept. in an outstanding manner and could be used as the definition of what Customer Service should be. While I was waiting for my vehicle I had the opportunity to take advantage of the customer lounge and workstations with free WiFi Internet Access which made the time go by much faster. I particularly liked the Keurig Coffee Maker, I had seen them previously but had never used one before and was so impressed with it that the day after my service visit at Troncalli Jeep I bought one for my home. The lounge was clean and neat as were the customer workstations which allowed me to be productive during my wait for the work on my Jeep to be completed. In conclusion I would highly recommend the Troncalli Jeep Service Dept. and when its time for me to purchase a new Jeep I would not hesitate to bring my business to Troncalli and allow them to assist me with all of my future automotive needs. I needed tires for my wife's Mazda. I don't live near this store but I work in the area 3 days a week. I stopped in and met with JR on Friday, who priced tires for me. He was the best deal I found. I came in today, Saturday, at 8:30 AM for my appointment and was on my way home by 10:15 with a new set of tires and an alignment for a car brand that this store is not even a dealer. A excellent experience, great job by the Technician, Alex Ball and I saved some money. And they have great coffee! More

After a few quick minutes we were able to get into a deal that was great for our situation. We got a great value for our trade in and got a great KBB value on our purchase. Tye was there to help us through the process, not wasting time while we were waiting with our ten month old. We were in and out in a couple of quick hours and into a great new vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for it's constant attention to great customer service and excellent level of thoroughness. Excellent work Daniel and Tye.
