I got straight answers to ALL my questions, got all the information I requested, and most importantly they weren't looking to "Just make a sale". They were both looking to treat me, not just like a customer, but a member of their family. Little did I know, the best was yet to come! I realized that Kevin and Tyler are a team. No one-upsmanship, just 2 guys working together making sure I got what I was looking for. Tyler was unbelievable. I bought this Challenger sight unseen and Tyler kept me up to date with daily updates on when it was coming in. You would have thought he was buying this car for himself. My biggest complaint with new car purchases is tyhe "game playing". That di not happen here.
