I was very satisfied with the salesperson Daniel Gonzalez assistance in purchasing my new SUV. It was very late when me and my wife arrived at the dealership and they were just about to close, but neverthele assistance in purchasing my new SUV. It was very late when me and my wife arrived at the dealership and they were just about to close, but nevertheless Daniel came out and took his time answering me and my wife questions and ultimately allowing us to test drive a Jeep after hours. He stayed late on his on time to assist me and my wife without rushing or being a pushy salesperson. I have purchased many cars in the past and you run into pushy salesmen or associates only there to make a sale only, and if they get the feeling you won’t make a purchase they move on to the next person on the lot. I didn’t get this feeling with Daniel, we never gave him any indication we would purchase a car that day, but just looking. He allowed us to take our time to tour the lot and come back to him with questions. In the end we purchased a 2011 Grand Jeep Cherokee due to Daniel patients and personality. I've never purchased a car using the internet so I thought I'd give it a try. Out of 4 dealerships, only 2 responded quickly to my inquiry, one of which was Troncalli. I had been working with a deal thought I'd give it a try. Out of 4 dealerships, only 2 responded quickly to my inquiry, one of which was Troncalli. I had been working with a dealer that was closer, but just wanted to check with Troncalli to see what they could do. One of the significant factors that helped was they had a chat feature. I submitted a chat request and Chad Giller responded. After I told him what I was looking for and what my needs were, as far as time constraints, he was able to work with me. He was upfront and responsive without being pushy. The dealer I had been working with made a better initial offer, but Chad ultimately was able to beat it. He was even able to get the color the family preferred as well! Initially I was a little skeptical because their bottom line was significantly better, but he assured me there were no tricks and the price he quoted me was the absolute out the door cost. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, the car wasn't there yet. He told me the night before he had to arrange to get it from another dealer, which I knew to be true, so it was understandable. He never said they had it on the lot and he kept me informed, so it was understandable. I could tell he looked upset, especially knowing I was on a pretty tight time crunch. We started the paperwork while we waited for the car to arrive, which was straight forward with no surprises. There was no pressure to upgrade models or the typical "we made a mistake and the price is actually higher" games. The car arrived a 30 minutes later and it was exactly what we wanted and had agreed to. We finished up the paperwork while they washed and fueled the car then off we went. There was no pressure, games, or gimmicks, the atmosphere was relaxed, and Chad was a regular guy that was able to make a great deal materialize. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend Troncalli and would also recommend Chad Giller. More
I went into the Troncalli business office on Friday afternoon 03-22-13 because of emails that were being sent to me about trade ins and the special they had at their dealership. I was considering getting rid of my current vehicle i currently owned. This was because of the cost of the vehicle and the monthly financing. Because of previous positive visit when they performed warranty work from another dealership on my car so I decided to give them a visit. I was currently suprised that I was able to qualify for the vehicle at 130 dollars less a month than i was currently paying and even a new vehicle. More

First of all I love my Chrysler 300, Merlene Morris was my sales person who was a delight to work with. She sent me a birthday greeting which I thought was very nice. Troncalli's sent me a reminder to hav my sales person who was a delight to work with. She sent me a birthday greeting which I thought was very nice. Troncalli's sent me a reminder to have my first oil change and offered me a complimentary wash. Merlene visited with me while my car is being serviced. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I had been looking for a new car, I drove a Wrangler and loved my Jeep but have a Granddaughter on the way. My husband had recently bought his Dodge Ram from Daniel, so we knew he was the guy for us! He took extra time with us and went out of the way to make sure the process went smoothly. He even helped me set up the Bluetooth on my phone so I could talk hands free. I used to drive by this dealership and think "I wish I could buy a car there someday". Now we have two! You could say we are a Troncalli family! When the time comes, we are going straight back to Daniel Gonzalez! More
