Terrible service department - the first thought that comes to mind is RUN don't walk away from this dealer's service. Every time we brought our Grand Cherokee in for service there was a dispute. Either the service team completely botched the job (like putting simple roof racks and side steps on). If anyone but myself took the Jeep in for service or repair, the service team persuaded them to add on more unnecessary service charges than what were needed...and at a hefty charge. Net/net, this is not the kind of service you would expect from a reputable dealership, so be warned! I've since bought another Grand Cherokee at Palmer Dodge/Jeep and their service department runs circles around the Troncalli group here. More

We just purchased our first JEEP Wrangler Rubicon from Troncalli this past Friday. We dealt with Kevin; he returned my calls promptly and was great to work with during the buying process. After the sale was complete, Kevin turned us over to Tyler. Tyler was great! He took extra time with us even though it was close to closing time. He explained all the features of the Jeep thoroughly and answered our questions. He went through the process of completely removing and putting back on the soft top, which was much appreciated. He even crawled up under the jeep to show us how the disconnect would work if engaged. Both Kevin and Tyler were great to work with. We don’t buy new vehicles very often, but when the time comes again, we will look at Troncalli. More

Had an appointment 09:00 for realignment of front wheels and break light problem. Turned the car in 08:45. 10:55 (thats right 10:55) got the message what to be done and about price. It cannot be hard to find or understand to chech at the very beginning.....checked out 11:20..... If there is "standard" prices for specific works to be done ....why come and have me agree to a price..?? How could I denied..?? More

I am a previous 2-time jeep owner and I Love My Jeep. I mistakenly purchased my second jeep from a different dealership and I struggled with the service department over a reoccurring problem for at least 1 mistakenly purchased my second jeep from a different dealership and I struggled with the service department over a reoccurring problem for at least 11 months. Jeep even assisted me by assigning a representative to help us alleviate the problem. After 11 months of constant maintenance trips to another dealership, my husband and I asked our rep if we could bring the jeep to Troncalli and try their service department. Troncalli's service department did a fantastic job repairing the problem even though we didn't purchase the jeep from them. I immediately told my husband that I when I got ready to trade my wrangler in I would only go to Troncalli and that is what I did yesterday. Mr. Gonzalez was willing to answer my questions and assist us immediately when we approached him. He "listened" to our situation and helped us meet our needs through our trade. He was patient when we were negotiating our price and payments. Thank you, Daniel Gonzalez, for making this now 3-time jeep owner a very happy customer! More
