Every one didn't give up they went back and search all there inventory they had and that other dealers had until they found me the truck that i was looking for. They did a good job to get me the most truck for the money. this is my second vehicle that i have purchase from Troncoli and am more than pleased with all the people involved with my purchase. this was very quick and painless during the purchase process. Everyone worked together in unison to get the truck detailed and ready for us while we did the paper work very quickly. The people that i worked with made this a pleasant experience. Other dealership; I had done my research and got prices from other dealerships and test drove a car at one of them. The other was fine to deal with but they played the pricing game. The salesman quoted one price and I said thanks and when I was about to leave, the sales manager came over. I told him I would visit two other dealerships and buy from the dealer with the lowest price. No negotiation. He gave me a price.
