I have dealt with Troncalli Jeep since purchasing my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited new last October. Last week, I had an issue with the AEV custom wheel rim on my Wrangler. Every time I go into the dealership, I am greeted with a smile. I am in the dealership about once a month for an oil change, but I have done few high dollar service visits. Each time I get my Jeep back it i smile. I am in the dealership about once a month for an oil change, but I have done few high dollar service visits. I drive roughly 35 miles to have this Troncalli Jeep work on my Jeep, but don't mind at all, because I know I will be treated like a valued customer and the quality of service has always been great.
