Great Experience Last week I called and inquired about 2016 Chrysler 300. The front desk put me through to Rusty . We were negotiating, price, trade in value and fin Last week I called and inquired about 2016 Chrysler 300. The front desk put me through to Rusty . We were negotiating, price, trade in value and financing for about 2 days when the vehicle sold. I was bummed about this but understood this is the nature of the business. I decided to go to another dealership and look at another 300 similarly priced . Rusty called me back and told me that they found another 300 with a few more options than the original car we were negotiating at another dealership and that Troncalli would be willing to make a trade to get this car . I accepted , I came out paying less then I budgeted for and the customer service was great . I would recommended this dealership and to request Rusty to anyone . I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Rusty was by far the best sales guy I've dealt with . As far as finance Derrick , was polite , knowledgeable and very professional . It was clear he has integrity and was a man of his word . More

More so if the dealership, or, in this case, the salesman doesn't take you as a serious buyer. Being just 20 and and looking even younger I came to expect that sort of treatment. I had visited multiple dealerships the week prior, and every single one brushed me off, kept me waiting all day (and I mean sunup till sundown) just to end up with no deal. Finally I ended up at Troncalli where Mr. Tyler Grant greeted my fiance and me with respect and immediately began working with us. The process was comfortable, professional, courteous and QUICK. Very efficient. We found a great truck, and the rest is history. More
