Troncalli Jeep has a 2017 Willys Wheeler in Rhino color that fits the bill perfectly. This vehicle is still listed in their inventory. Sales person contacts me after I inquire about the Willys Wheeler. Sales person doesn't provide me with photos that I asked for but invites me to Troncalli Jeep dealership. Troncalli is maybe 10 miles away from me. Wouldn't you know that the Willy Wheeler had been sold days ago...and it still listed as 'available'... Which is it? Its apparent to me that Troncalli likes to waste peoples time. I'm not certain that Tronaclli is genuinely interested in building trust for a prospective (and local!) customer, let alone maintaining that earned trust. More

The search for the exact model of jeep that I wanted was particularly difficult because of the extremely specific options that I was looking for. Before I even met Chris, he had worked harder to find me the right jeep than any of the salesmen that I had met with in person. He was able to identify options that I had not even considered from just a simple phone call. Chris finally arranged for the jeep to be transferred from an out of state dealership and have a tow hitch installed. I couldn't have been happier with it. Once the sale was completed he even took the time to walk me through the removal of the soft top and several other features of the jeep even though the dealership had already been closed for over an hour.
