NOT a good sales experience I lived in Cumming for many years and usually took my old Ram here for service with no complaints. So when it came time to buy a new truck I started m I lived in Cumming for many years and usually took my old Ram here for service with no complaints. So when it came time to buy a new truck I started my search here and reached out to a few other dealerships as well. After several weeks of research, I ended up agreeing (verbally and via email) to a price with this dealership on a Monday morning - the last day of the month. BUT, by the time I got to the dealership in the afternoon to sign the paperwork, they had sold it to someone else. I understand that this happens quite often and the dealership's stance is that they can't take the chance on losing the sale to someone else on the off chance that you might not show up. And, although I do not recommend this dealership, if you absolutely have no other choice, here are some suggestions to potential customers... 1. Whatever price you agree to over the phone, get it in writing and get to the dealership AS FAST AS humanly possible - but don't be surprised if they still end up selling it to someone else before you get there. 2. DO NOT try to negotiate. Just pay the over-inflated price they tell you to pay because if you do try and negotiate they will accuse you of, and I'm quoting the general manager directly, "squeezing every last dollar out of the dealer and playing games". Yeah, because how dare you try to get the best deal you possibly can for your $40k investment. 3. DO NOT be surprised if you leave feeling that you've been misled, bamboozled, and lied to. In fact, I'm sure if they respond to your review, they will have a complete fabrication of the events that led them to sell the car they were holding for you literally while you were driving up there to sign the paperwork. Although, the Sales Manager will be more than willing to tell you to, and I quote "hang out in the lobby for a few hours while we wait for financing to get approved on the other buyer, because the deal isn't closed until the keys are handed over and the money is in house" and you may still have a chance to get that truck they had already agreed to sell to you in the first place... wait, what, seriously??? In hindsight, I'm actually glad the purchase didn't work out because I found a much better deal on a truck that I like a lot more from a dealership in McDonough. And the best part was, they were friendly, polite, and honest. Highly recommend Sons Auto Group in McDonough. More

Great customer service! I was "just looking" at a new Dodge Charger (owned a 2011 and a 2013 R/T before) and met Rex. He was able to take great care of me. It was already pretty late when we arrived at the dealership, but Rex was not worried about what time it was. They even pulled the car out of the showroom so I could take it for a drive. After the drive I knew that was it. I am now the owner of a beautiful 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona in Red Octane! Steve Radford was amazing, but Not the finance/contract dept Mr. Radford is a great guy. He was amazing with making us a good deal and even better experience for my daughter’s first car experience. The gentleman working the contract tried to get me to sign into a high interest rate deal. I knew I had great credit, and said no. Before I left the deal, he dropped the interest rate by 2%. Integrity is important to me, and I only bought the car because Mr. Radford was amazing, and gave us a good deal on the car. Lastly, make sure you get two keys with the car. Ours had one. Mr. Radford did help with that and got us a second key. He is the main reason I’d go back. More
