SHADY BUSINESS! I have been in search of a CPO Escalade. I reached out to my local Cadillac dealer and spoke to the sales manager by the name of rich. When presented this truck, I asked why the truck was priced 10K over current market value. His response to me was that they priced it according to the numbers I needed to be at. After declining that deal they went ahead and dropped the price of the vehicle by $9,000. We were asked to give them another opportunity to make it right. They had gotten another truck in our price range. After reviewing the truck and the numbers everything had worked out. We were asked for a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle for three business days. In that time we had acquired a vehicle loan and proceeded to sell my current truck. On the third business day we receive a frantic call by the saleswoman that the truck was being sold! When we question the sales manager Rich, we were told that one of the owners either Joe or Lee went ahead and completely disregarded our deposit, paperwork and a large SOLD sign that was placed on the vehicle. We were told that the owner made his own deal with a personal friend and that deal had made more money then our set deal. Completely disgusting and unethical practice at this dealership. They are a small group of a personnel, everyone pointing the finger at each other and it's impossible to even imagine that no one knew what was going on. Never in our lives have we ever seen such unprofessional and unethical people trying to run a business. After reading plenty of reviews on different platforms it does not seem like this is the first time they have done such Shady practices in the past. Fool me once shame on YOU, fool me twice shame on Trinity, NEVER AGAIN! PSA~ stay away! It has been a week and no one from upper management or ownership has taken responsibility or has even shown any remorse with an apology or any contact. Absolutely disgusting! All parties involved are very well aware of this situation. From sales, to sales manager, and owners. All are very well informed on this situation. Please save yourself the time of adding a meaningless and pathetic response. More
