I found this dealer online while looking for a used Tahoe and I must say they are like no other dealer I have every dealt with. They where overly friendly and put no pressure on me what so ever. They priced and I must say they are like no other dealer I have every dealt with. They where overly friendly and put no pressure on me what so ever. They priced this used vehicle to move which was a solid 7 to 8 grand less then I had found online making haggling over the price pointless. Everyone in the place from the salesmen to the manager and banker treated me like family. They took to time to walk me through the warranty I purchased and took plenty of pictures of me with my new truck so I could send them to friends and family. I have yet to need any service done to my truck but with the professionalism of this dealer I know that I will be getting everything done by them. More

I had been to three other Cadillac dealerships before I went to Englewood Cadillac. At those dealerships everyone was courteous and very professional but no one was making a real effort to secure my busine went to Englewood Cadillac. When I went to Englewood Cadillac I expected it would be another routine visit just confirming what I already knew from the other dealerships that I had visited. I even went by myself not dragging again, my wife, whom we were purchasing the car for as I had low expectations. When I arrived at Englewood Cadillac I was greeted by Gino Blanco and he was very personable and pleasant as were all whom I met there. Gino gave me a tour of the entire place and I was really impressed especially by the service area. It was so organized and spotless, one could eat off the floor there it was so clean. When I finally got down to business with Gino, I knew that he wanted to sell me a car, unlike the other dealerships I visited. Gino worked with me and we reached an agreement which I truly wasn't expecting. I couldn't pass it up. I must say that my wife and I are very happy and satisfied customers with Englewood Cadillac. The treatment we received there and with everyone we dealt with at Englewood Cadillac , especially Gino Blanco, was wonderful. I also have to thank Andrew, who eased us through a pile of paperwork and Mr Fanning, who also helped us with our purchase. Because of the staff and their friendly attitude, we felt very much at ease and we truly had a good buying experience. We would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. And we love our new XTS. Jose assisted me and helped me with all the issues I was having with my 2011 Cadillac srx. There was no wait when I got to service. I was looking for a new car. After going to two or three dealerships in Rockland County, I decided to go to Englewood Cadillac based on the recomendation of my son, Eddie Jr. who had just purchased a car fr dealerships in Rockland County, I decided to go to Englewood Cadillac based on the recomendation of my son, Eddie Jr. who had just purchased a car from them about 5 month ago. Walking into the showroom, we were greeted by Michael. He introduced us to our salesman Gino Blanco. After giving us the tour of the new facility Gino started with his sales presentation. Needless to say I was impressed with his knowledge of the cars and his ability to make sure we were properly taken care of. His is a pro. As mentioned before, I walked in with a certain car in mind, I was presented with a car and a price I could not resist. The deal was made. they said I could pick up the car the next day but I gave them a few more days to set up the car. Waiting four days later to pick up the car, my wife, son and I sat down with Gino and he took us through the whole process of driving the car. The car had more buttons and gadgets that I was accustom to but Gino made it quite simple. I am a very satisfied customer. I love my car and I will be a steady customer of Englewood Cadillac and will be recomending them to all my friends. Many thanks to Gino, Michael and all the guys I met on my visitws there.
