I was initially drawn in from a television commercial on the Luxury SRX and it's amazing 'standard' features and lease pricing advertised. But when I met with Jerome Barnes, not only was I blown away with the Luxury SRX and it's amazing 'standard' features and lease pricing advertised. I was given a tour of the immaculate facilities, taken on a test drive, 'wowed' with the SRX's impressive options and Jerome's skilled knowledge of them all! Not only was the Cadillac SRX packed with amazing and unbelievable features, the customer service really sealed the deal. By the time all was said and done, I had returned later in the evening with my husband, and we were happily driving home in our new SRX. As a first time Cadillac owner, who wasn't really considering buying for several months, only speaks to the level of expertise and customer service I was shown by Jerome and the entire team! I was in a car accident and totaled my 2006 300C. Went online to research buying another, and found this gorgeous mint condition 2006 300C at their dealership. Coming from out of state to purchase, without seeing our "new" used car, was a frightening prospect. However, Dalton and all of his associates removed any stigma attached to putting my trust in folks I did not know. They became part of "our family" for a brief moment, walking us through every detail. When we arrived, I greeted Dalton with a big hug, feeling as if I knew him, and very grateful for all the work he performed on our behalf with financial and administrative details. Vosh and George were a fantastic team. So, thank you thank you to all of you. The loss of my first 300 was a bit traumatic, but driving this beautiful upgraded replacement, is an incredible blessing!
