Horrible experience This is because of the inept work of Englewood Cliffs Cadillac. Deal and papers signed 10-13-18. Car finally received on 11-05-18 (over three weeks to This is because of the inept work of Englewood Cliffs Cadillac. Deal and papers signed 10-13-18. Car finally received on 11-05-18 (over three weeks to receive a car already on their lot.) Financial work not completed by them until 12-03-18 (two full months after deal.) And the NJ registration not completed until 01-14-19 - over three months from the signing of the papers. I mention all this just to allow any friends of mine to be fore-warned before even attempting to do business with them. And, interestingly, the two sales people I worked with left them, to go work for a different Cadillac dealership, because of Englewood's complete ineptness. More
FAILURE TO DELIVER CAR!!! On November 16, 2018 this dealership purported to lease me a car pursuant to a lease agreement of that date. They refuse to deliver the car to me. In fact, I have since been billed for the first lease payment from GM Financial, which supports my claim that the transaction was effective as of the November 16, 2018 date. Where is my car. The salesman does not provide an answer. He just refers my letters and my calls to "decision makers" but I have learned nothing. I have suffered damages, stress, and anxiety. The leasing company wants a payment for a car I do not have. This is unacceptable. More
