Good customer service, good staff, fast service, they towed my vehicle from Conneticut to New Jersey. They ran there tests, found the problem to be the battery. They returned it to my house the next day, towed my vehicle from Conneticut to New Jersey. They ran there tests, found the problem to be the battery. They returned it to my house the next day, excellent service. The only issue I had with them is that I asked the service manager for a rental until my vehicle was ready. He offered me $42/day for a rental. So I purchased a $100,000 vehicle and with $42 I will get a subcompact. The rental, fortunately I did not need, needs to be commensurate with the vehicle I purchased. At least in the same class. Other than that I was satisfied with the service provided. More
