Spoke to Charlie on the phone, I asked is there any cosmetic damage on the 2021 Escalade w/ only 8,000 miles on it ? He assured me the truck was perfect. I got there and all 4 wheels had curb Rash, Fen cosmetic damage on the 2021 Escalade w/ only 8,000 miles on it ? He assured me the truck was perfect. I got there and all 4 wheels had curb Rash, Fenders were scratched, one was actually dented. Scuff marks everywhere. My 15 w/ 58,000 miles that they low balled my trade on was in better shape. No offer to fix the damage or take money off the sale price. They actually added fees to bring the price up 6,000 dollars. Stay clear of this bait and switch Stealership, no effort to get the deal done. Very unprofessional. More

My experience had some mixed emotions. Beware of dealer fees, they are high. With the vehicle they included services that I may never use at a premium price. no option to opt out. The vehicle I purchased had a few issues that I identified during the test drive. All of them where corrected. Recently a second key and radio replacement was installed in the vehicle. The service team arranged for a loaner for me to get to my office. I highly recommend Trinity Cadillac to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will do business again. More
