Made an appointment to see about a used vehicle and when I showed up for my appointment I had to wait an additional 2 hours for the salesman to show me the car. After the test drive haggling with the trade in value of my vehicle was so low balled offer that I asked for my paperwork back so I can leave. The manager came out and told me that the reason that the offer was that was because of this and that. I researched the value of my vehicle and knew what it was worth so I was able to speak intelligently. I know dealerships make money on front end and back end of sales so to get such a low ball number was unprofessional. On to day 2 waiting another 2-3 hours for finally agreeing to terms for the trade in I was ready to buy. Not knowing that the dealership would not take certain checks that was another 2-3 hours wasted of my day. Now to day 3. Everything set bank check, trade in value set and all I asked was does it have 2 sets of keys? I was told by the manager that it does and the salesman. Asked several times for it and nothing. The sales manager told me he was getting them for me as he walked me into the financial office so I can start signing paperwork. Before I even picked up a pen, I asked again about the keys and finally the financial employee told me that there was only 1 key. I told him that the deal was off and my wife and I stayed walking out. While walking out the salesman got a hold of me and asked me to wait while they ask ownership if they can get me a second key. Ownership said yes and with that the sales manager stated to me that I was strong arming him. Again very unprofessional. First off. The dealership wasn’t 3 days to make a sale when it could have been done in 1 if they were straight forward with me and stuck to the appointment time. In conclusion, would I go back to this dealership or recommend this dealership, NO. More

Visited Trinity for my certified pre-owned owned XT4. Cristina my salesperson knew her stuff and was very responsive to my questions. I left with a great car at a great price. The dealer added an extra $1,000 above the advertised sticker price for a feature called Flexprotect, which is a tracking device on the car. I did not want this feature, but they told me I had to pay for sticker price for a feature called Flexprotect, which is a tracking device on the car. I did not want this feature, but they told me I had to pay for it since it was already installed. They refused to uninstall it or to sell me the car unless I paid for it. This is a scam. I was able to uninstall the device myself without any tools, even though they said they could not uninstall it. The device was spliced into the OBD2 wire under the drivers side dashboard and it can be unplugged by hand. They only provided me with one key, which they did not tell me until after I paid for the car. A backup key is $400. The car had less than 1/8 of a tank of gas in it when I went to drive it home. More
