If I could give zero stars I would! !!!!! After confirming that my flat tire would be covered by my wheel and tire protection plan they would not release my car until they received the !!!!! After confirming that my flat tire would be covered by my wheel and tire protection plan they would not release my car until they received the physical payment from the insurance provider. After 7 days of refusing to release my car they told me I should call the tire protection plan (that Cadillac sold me) and get payment. At that point I needed my car back and just paid it out of pocket (even though the repair was approved. Michael Ceccon explanation taken from his email .... "Simply put, some companies take over 30 days to reimburse a dealer. Some companies will only pay cost of a tire (No mark up, no labor). So.....If I didn't pay out of pocket, after being told that my tire was covered they would have held my car for 30 days until they received payment from the protection. plan that Cadillac sold me. WORST ever!!!!!!!!! TOTAL CROOKS!!!!!!!! More

I've never left a 1 star before, but this place was awful. If you filter to their 1 star reviews you'll see many have the same experience. I called on a CT5-V, was told it was available, then drove an awful. If you filter to their 1 star reviews you'll see many have the same experience. I called on a CT5-V, was told it was available, then drove an hour just to be told they didn't have the car there. I can vunderstand things happen, and they even offered to drive the car to me the next day for the inconvenience. We scheduled the appointment for the next afternoon. That morning I called the salesman to confirm, he said we were still on. After that zero communication, he just never showed up and ignored all messages and calls. I totally rearranged my day and took off work just to have a 2nd day wasted by these guys. The craziest thing is this is a demo car they're asking $20k over MSRP and local comps for. It's the only black manual transmission BW within 200 miles and I wanted the car for a Thanksgiving weekend trip, so I was willing to pay the price gouge. If they treat you this poorly when you're trying to throw free money at them, imagine how bad your trip will be for service and followup. More
