I've never left a 1 star before, but this place was awful. If you filter to their 1 star reviews you'll see many have the same experience. I called on a CT5-V, was told it was available, then drove an awful. If you filter to their 1 star reviews you'll see many have the same experience. I can vunderstand things happen, and they even offered to drive the car to me the next day for the inconvenience. We scheduled the appointment for the next afternoon. That morning I called the salesman to confirm, he said we were still on. After that zero communication, he just never showed up and ignored all messages and calls. I totally rearranged my day and took off work just to have a 2nd day wasted by these guys. The craziest thing is this is a demo car they're asking $20k over MSRP and local comps for. It's the only black manual transmission BW within 200 miles and I wanted the car for a Thanksgiving weekend trip, so I was willing to pay the price gouge. If they treat you this poorly when you're trying to throw free money at them, imagine how bad your trip will be for service and followup. More
