It was our intention to take the vehicle out to your house for you to see it, unfortunately this car actually belongs to the owner, who had it as his house, and unbeknownst to us he went away early for Thanksgiving. In this case, I will accept full responsibility for the inability to produce the car in a timely manner. 100% our fault, and we are sorry to lose your business. Mr. Aquino, Your response only further illustrates your dealership's poor business practices. At whatever point you were made aware the car would be unavailable you could have taken 2 minutes out of your day to notify me and cancel, but instead you let me waste my time and went out of your way to ignore all communication. As a business owner I would be absolutely livid if one of my managers ghosted a customer instead of simply admitting they made an honest mistake and needed to reschedule. For a brand pushing so aggressively to pull market share from German luxury brands, you guys sure know how to ensure your customers never consider buying a Cadillac.
