The reason I made the 50-minute drive to this dealership was because my previous service manager, Christian, recently moved to this location. I had such a great experience working with him previously that I was more than willing to make the trip. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how luxurious, warm, and welcoming the dealership is. The service department is especially impressive and feels completely different from the typical dealership experience. The waiting areas are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. But what really sets this dealership apart is Christian. He is incredibly client-service focused and genuinely makes you feel like your business matters. I texted him just a few days ago, and he was able to get me an appointment today. The entire process was seamless, and I was in and out quickly. Bono, the service technician, was also fantastic. He even proactively replaced the battery in my key fob — a small detail, but exactly the kind of thoughtful service that makes a difference. I’ll soon be in the market for another vehicle, and there is no question that I will make the trip back to Cadillac of Englewood because of Christian.
