So far this was my worst experience at Trinity. I went in for them to correct an issue with my tire monitoring system. A problem that occurred when they sent out my wheels to be repaired. I went to pick up my truck and the rear right tire wasn’t reading or giving my tire pressure. I called and returned the next day and was told that a part needed to be ordered and it will BE fixed. I returned about two weeks later. Only to find out now they were unable to fix the problem and telling me that all the sensors are bad and that it happens and wasn’t covered by my tire warranty. I then explained this is not about my tire warranty. However the fact that all sensors were working before the work was done on my vehicle. However Walter didn’t seem to care one bit and just kept telling me that they are not going to cover it. I sat and waited for almost two hours, he also was on the phone trying to reach my tire warranty company. I said why does it even matter. The sensors are like $30-$60 just get it done and if anything bill me or bill the company they had worked on my wheels. However he pretty much ignored me. So I said since you can’t find the problem. Then just give me the truck and I’ll take it somewhere else. He drove the truck all the way out into the parking lot. Which over the last 2 years has never been done and walked away. I then knew this was personal and we had a problem. I reached out to the service manager Michael concerning what took place and he said he needed some time to think about his response. It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received an email response. More

I stopped in to see the Lyriq. I was beyond impressed with its styling and features. I met Sunni who helped me see the different models and options. Sunni, was beyond helpful and knew the vehicle inside and out. Being this was my first all electric vehicle, I had a lot of questions, and she had the answers to all of them. There was no pressure on her part, but I wanted that car. after many options, I decided to purchase and not lease. I had a few snags to overcome because I was keeping my 2022 Shelby and this was a second car. The two gentlemen that worked out the deal for me, (and I'm embarrassed cause I can't remember their names) went above and beyond for me to get the loan. And I do mean above and beyond. The finance gentlemen (again I dont recall his name, but half the time I dont know why I walked in my kitchen for something) was quick and easy and we went over my options for service plans and I did purchase one that didn't bring the payment over my limit. Sunni showed me the car and its features, had it charged for me and it was spotless. I am so impressed by the staff and dealership. This time around buying a new car was a pleasure. Car purchase was amazing experience sunny and the manager was amazing. Also, the finance was amazing it just unbelievable overall experience. If I could give zero stars I would! !!!!! After confirming that my flat tire would be covered by my wheel and tire protection plan they would not release my car until they received the !!!!! After confirming that my flat tire would be covered by my wheel and tire protection plan they would not release my car until they received the physical payment from the insurance provider. After 7 days of refusing to release my car they told me I should call the tire protection plan (that Cadillac sold me) and get payment. At that point I needed my car back and just paid it out of pocket (even though the repair was approved. Michael Ceccon explanation taken from his email .... "Simply put, some companies take over 30 days to reimburse a dealer. Some companies will only pay cost of a tire (No mark up, no labor). So.....If I didn't pay out of pocket, after being told that my tire was covered they would have held my car for 30 days until they received payment from the protection. plan that Cadillac sold me. WORST ever!!!!!!!!! TOTAL CROOKS!!!!!!!! More
