Purchased a brand new 2024 Cadillac ESV for my wife, and I regret not purchasing it elsewhere. The entire sales process was typical old school pushy sales methods that I haven't experienced in quite someti I regret not purchasing it elsewhere. The entire sales process was typical old school pushy sales methods that I haven't experienced in quite sometime. Our salesperson did not listen to any of our simple requests, and was disconnected. From the start I had communicated that the vehicle would be delivered to our residence as my job is very time consuming and I have had the last several cars delivered to save the time in the dealership. We were left to coordinate the shipping with a 3rd party, that seemed aggravated we were even calling them. The icing on the cake of disappointment was after our license plates arrived they were not what my wife had originally requested. There was zero follow up after the sale or after the email sent to Simon prior to taking delivery outlining the entire process and my frustration. The license plate issue would not have been an issue had the entire buying process not been so painful. They offered us a $150 credit after spending $100,000 on a car. More
