Mr. Stubbs, We appreciate your feedback, but there seems to be some miscommunication taking place. If I am not mistaken, you own a 2015 Cadillac ATS that has been out of warranty since the end of the Obama administration. Warranty was not going to cover any repairs of your vehicle. Now, it is possible you have some after-market 3rd party warranty for your nine year old vehicle, but we cannot be held responsible for what that warranty may or may not cover. While I can appreciate your frustration, your anger seems to be misdirected at Trinity Cadillac instead of the warranty company. Take care and have a nice day.
