I had an excellent experience at Tri-County Toyota. The minute I walked in the door Michael was friendly, upbeat and more than willing to answer all of my questions. Within minutes we walked the lot and he was able to locate a 2013 Rav4 to fit my needs. The test drive was great and Michael was informative. At other dealerships I sat and waited but at Tri-County Toyota my trade-in was being looked at while I was on a test drive. I was presented with multiple financing options and there was no pressure. I will definitely recommend Tri-County and Michael Moffa to all my friends and family members. Thanks! More

Friendly and eff questions by email and phone. Nick followed through with all promises of having vehicle ready for pick up on arranged day and time. Friendly and efficient welcome at dealership when I first walked in and met Nick on Saturday. No down time in completing the sale. I feel that Nick was honest and trustworthy. The general manager was friendly and all employees of dealership seemed to support each other. More

It is difficult to put into words the experience I had with the employees at TriCounty Toyota. This is my first time purchase on a "used" car and of course one is somewhat apprehensive on the word "used" with the employees at TriCounty Toyota. This is my first time purchase on a "used" car and of course one is somewhat apprehensive on the word "used". Donnie is a first class salesman who went beyond my expectations. My husband and I researched cars as my current car did not meet my needs. Toyota outranked several in performance, cost, mph, which was my major concern. I was sold when I was told "don't make a decision now", take the car home and drive it for a day to get the feel of it. Then bring it back and tell us what you like and don't like about the Toyota RAV4. How many dealerships offer a car to a customer to drive a car for a day? I left TriCounty Toyota feeling comfortable and very satisified. Donnie said if there are any questions when you get home, call me on my cell phone it doesn't matter what time, I can answer your questions. Thank you Donnie and TriCounty Toyota for a relaxing, reasuring purchase on my RAV4. You have definately gave me wonderful experience. More
Ron did a great job explaining the vehicles we were interested in, the options available, and the price was not pressured upon us. My wife & I purchased a Toyota Prius from Tri County Toyota five years ago. Our salesman at the time was Fred Whitehawk. We were very please with the company, and also the salesman. Now here it is 2013, Toyota five years ago. Our salesman at the time was Fred Whitehawk. We were very please with the company, and also the salesman. Now here it is 2013, and we decided to trade in our Prius. So we went back to Tri County Toyota, and looked for Fred. We ended up trading in our 2008 Prius for a 2013 Prius. We found that the trade was fair towards the price of the new auto. We are very happy with our purchase again. I highly recommend these people. Linda & Darcy Sheaffer More

My sales consultant, Rich Rippel, contacted me within minutes of submitting an online inquiry. He made the car buying process, which we all know can be stressful and painful, very easy and pleasant. He was patient with my seemingly endless questions, knowledgeable about their vehicles, and truly just a kind person that made me feel welcome, comfortable, and happy to be there shopping. Once we worked together to establish the vehicle that would best suit my needs, the trade-in evaluation and subsequent financing process was flawlessly executed. John Gerber was quick, efficient, and skilled. Within minutes, I had the paperwork for my trade, registration transfer, and financing completed so that I could be on my way in my brand new SUV. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with TriCounty Toyota - especially about my sales consultant, Rich Rippel. This dealer is filled with real people, looking to help get you into the vehicle that will best meet your needs - both lifestyle and financial. More
Beware: ALWAYS REQUIRE THEM TO COMPLETE YOUR WORK BEFORE 5:00 P.M. NO IFs, ANDS, OR BUTS. I made the mistake of telling them "Whenever, as long as I get it back today." I dropped the car off at 9:30 a.m. and they didn't begin work until almost 5:00. I got a call at 5:49 p.m. from Rich telling me my car was done and my husband told him we were on our way. They apparently close at 6:00 and when we arrived at 6:05 everything was locked up and no one was around the service area. I was somewhat fortunate Ken McEvoy from sales and the cashier, Susan, were still in the back and eventually helped me so after a huge amount of aggravation, I was able to pay and drive my car home. When a customer tells you they need the car back that day, there's a reason. For me, I already have a one hour commute at 5:30 in the morning. Had I not been able to get my car, I would have had to either lose pay or use vacation time since I'd have to go to the service office on Monday at 7:00 a.m. when they open to get my car and my one hour commute now becomes 2 because I'm in high traffic time. Rest assured I will be calling Mr. Johnson to let him know in person how this treatment feels and I will NEVER let them keep my car longer than 2 hours from here on out. I understand that at the end of the day everyone wants to go home and in the end, I did get my car, but what this did was create a huge headache for me and removed any trust I had for good customer service from this dealer. UPDATE: 3/26/2013 Spoke with Mr. Johnson, who apologized for this experience and agreed it was not handled as it should have been. He explained options that could have been done and assured me he has talked to the service manager to make sure he was aware of those different avenues that could have been used. Their responding to this issue raised a few scores and gives me hope and at least a glimmer that customer service is important, but as I explained to Mr. Johnson, the lost trust here must be earned again. I will be sure to add reviews after future service visits. Hopefully, those reviews will be 5 star reviews. More
