When asked if I had an appointment I explained that I did not to which he rolled his eyes, can you imagine!!. He told me that I had to wait an hour to which I said that was fine, when I said that he said well it will be longer than an hour. It was clear to me that service was very busy and that he did not want me to get the oil change done. This man would be better off doing oil changes since he would not have to deal with customers. I work in customer service in my job, and I would never roll my eyes and be rude towards a customer! I am very dissappointed and would have never thought that Tri County Toyota would treat a customer like this. Shame on Todd and shame on TCT. More

However, 2 accessories that we wanted were added to the deal - one free of charge and the other at a discounted price. When we decided to trade in our older vehicle, the trade in price offered to us was extremely ridiculous! We negotiated that up a little. However, I wish we would have walked away. Unfortunately, I was starting a new job the following week and was under a tight timeframe to finalize a deal. More

He’s easy work with, upfront and did not pressure me in anyway. We were comparing a Civic to a Corolla for our daughter and the Corolla turned out to be a better fit. We did a lot of research on the mechanics and pricing prior to visiting dealerships. Mike read us as customers and worked with us accordingly. He didn’t waste time on unnecessary things and answers them on the things that did. Last thing...although we have met in person and talked over the phone several times, we also exchanged important information via email that helped with the purchase. For us, that is very necessary. So I do recommend Mike Bertino and Tri-County Toyota. More

Because we appreciated this after we did some internet car shopping we returned to Tri County on Memorial Day. Michael helped us find what we were looking for and knew that we were there to hopefully by a car that day. We basically got down to numbers right away. There was no haggling back and forth for hours upon end. He got us a price that we were comfortable paying and got us 0% financing on top of that. He was professional and not your typical schmoozy car salesman. The whole process was relatively quick and we left with my new Toyota Camry SE. SOOOOOOOOOO NICE! He was not pushy to get us to buy a lot of extra things that we didn't really want. We know that he was very busy that day but still took the time to sync my phone to Bluetooth and show me a few of the options and offered for me to return if there was anything I needed help figuring out. I wish all of my car buying experiences could have been like this. Also the finance guy John Gerber explained everything well and also did not try to press us for extras when we told him we were happy with our payments and didn't want any more add-ons. I will definitely spread the word and already have. More

I called 5 different Toyota dealerships which were having their Memorial Day sales event. Two of them haven't gotten back in touch with me yet, one of them got back in touch with me after I had already gone to Tri-County, and one of them would only work with me if I came in to the dealership. At Tri-County, I was immediately put in touch with Bob Bozarth (the general sales manager) who not only told me he had what I wanted in stock but would hold it for me until the next day if necessary and gave me the various pricing options. He could not have been friendlier nor more professional. When I arrived at the dealership I ran into Bob outside and he took me right in and set me up with Fred Whitehawk to take me through the paper work. Fred was also very friendly and very professional. He got me through the paperwork and back on the road in a very timely fashion. It was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. More
