I w After being "detailed" the car had scratches and swirl marks in the paint. When I brought up these issues I was told there was nothing to be done. I was also sold the car and given a loan only to find out two months later that the dealership never bothered to call in for my auto insurance (so I was under-insured for two months). I paid for the Simoniz treatment but couldn't reach the dealership to schedule the job. When I finally paid a visit in person I was told that I did not contact them and they attempted to blame me for their refusal to follow up with the service. After buying the car I was also told that my particular vehicle had been regularly abused (driven hard) during company lunch runs. This is my second purchase from this dealership and definitely my last. The first purchase was a nightmare as well but I had hoped that things would work out for the better the second time around. No attention to detail I have had numerous issues with this dealership. Overall they have a very poor attention to detail. Last time I brought my car in they called me and s I have had numerous issues with this dealership. Overall they have a very poor attention to detail. Last time I brought my car in they called me and said I needed $600 in exhaust repair on a 6 year old Corolla. Then they called back 5 minutes later and said they had the wrong car. Today I had my oil changes and they don't even bother to put a new mileage sticker on the windshield. I could go on with tons of other stories, but they really don't care. Their Saturday hours are very convention, but over all, they don't do very good work. They should spend more money fixing their systems then a major construction remodel. I would avoid bringing your vehicle here for any major repair work. More

We happened to be in a time crunch due to our 2010 Corolla declared totaled due to hail in the Reading area and Matt really delivered. I really appreciated his no pressure attitude and general knowledge throughout our experience. Both my wife and myself work in industries where guest satisfaction is the most important part of our job and I can say that Matt really "gets it". I look forward to working with Matt in the future and will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. More

He assured me that absolutely the tires were rotated and the pressure was set to about 34 (book calls for 35). I was no more than a half mile from the dealer when I checked the screen for tire pressure. I was very surprised to see the pressures as: 37, 39, 39, 31. I called when I got home and left a message for Mr. Gilbert as they said he was with a customer. I guess he is still with the customer because he didn't return that call or the one I made about an hour later. I called Wednesday and was told Mr. Gilbert was off for two days. I asked to be connected to the service manager, Craig Johnson. He too was with a customer and must be still because I didn't get a response to my call or subsequent email. To add insult to injury, on Monday or Tuesday, I received email confirmations of not only my scheduled service, but emails for two other customers along with their log-in information to the Toyota system. I sent them today to Craig Johnson and Lynda Algarin since they purportedly came from them. I wonder how many people got my information! The lack of contact from both of these men is infuriating and substandard for customer service. More
Excellent Customer Service My experience at Tri County Toyota was fabulous! As a female, I tend to be a bit overwhelmed by the new car purchase experience. However, my salespers My experience at Tri County Toyota was fabulous! As a female, I tend to be a bit overwhelmed by the new car purchase experience. However, my salesperson Mark was pleasant, reassuring and provided a plethora of information. He spent time explaining how the mechanics and safety features of the car worked (another dealer just wanted to tell me how pretty their car was). Mark was very knowledge about all items on the Toyota Camry. Jim also provided me with information on some extra features of the Camry; just giving me information and allowing me to make my own decision. I've had other car purchase experiences where I felt 'pushed' to make certain decisions. Definitely not the case at Tri County Toyota. Jim was very pleasant about providing me with several monthly payment options based on my waffling on how much I wanted to put as a down payment. Mark and Jim provided me with a no-fuss, no-pressure buying experience which made me very happy. In fact, even while I was signing the paperwork for the Camry, Mark cleaned the license plate from my old vehicle before placing it on my new Camry. And Mark reminded me to grab my E-Z Pass from my old vehicle. Which I had forgotten! So big thank you! Everything about my experience with Tri County Toyota was exceptional. More
ANOTHER wonderful experience at Tri County Toyota In May of 2006 when the newly restyled 2007 Camry came out I wanted one and Tri County Toyota was the only dealer within 100 miles of my home that had In May of 2006 when the newly restyled 2007 Camry came out I wanted one and Tri County Toyota was the only dealer within 100 miles of my home that had one in Dessert Sand. I drove 48 miles from my home in Swedesboro, NJ to Limerick, PA to buy that car. It was that day I met Fred Whitehawk. Raising seven kids (yes 7) money was always tight so Fred had to work some magic to get the deal done. And he did it. I not only got a new car that day but I also made a great friend. Since then, my daughter Danielle purchased a Yaris from Fred, another daughter, Renee, purchased a RAV4, I went back and purchased a 2012 Camry (gave the 2007 to my daughter Michelle) and my son John purchased a 2012 Corolla. Oh yeah, since Renee now has three kids, she went back and purchased a new Sienna too (and still has the RAV4). And just this week, we got my wife a new 2014 RAV4. Fred sold us every one. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Fred is a great man and a great friend. He has made buying cars easy for our family. He is not a "salesman", he's family to us. People ask me why I don't even look at anything but Toyota......here's why. The 2007 Camry I drove for six years and put 105,000 miles on it. The ONLY money I spent on that car has been for oil changes and tire rotation. The first "repair" cost wasn't incurred until I hit 95,000.....it needed rear brakes. Michelle has the car now and has about 120,000 miles on it and her mechanic in Maryland (where she is a police officer ... and I am so proud of her for that) just told her that at her next oil change she should plan on replacing the from brake pads......the rotors still look fine. How can I improve upon that......and all the other cars have treated us the same. I wish I could tell you that I have a lot of praise for the service department at Tri County......but I can't.....because I have NEVER been there. And that in itself says a lot about Toyota. If you want a good deal and a great friend, go see Fred Whitehawk and tell him Bob Leone sent you!!!! You won't regret it. Bob Leone Swedesboro, NJ More
Great Prices! Excellent Sales Team! After visiting two other Toyota dealerships in a 60 mile radius, Tri-County Toyota - Scion was the best choice for great prices and an excellent sales After visiting two other Toyota dealerships in a 60 mile radius, Tri-County Toyota - Scion was the best choice for great prices and an excellent sales team. Our sales consultant, Mathew Williams, was able to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for on their lot and beat the price of the two other Toyota dealerships. Unlike the two other Toyota dealerships, I did not have to wait 2+ hours to go over lease or purchase prices. Mathew had everything ready and I was in my new car in no time. Tri-County Toyota - Scion's entire staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely purchase/lease another vehicle from Tri-County Toyota - Scion! Time to get back into my new Toyota Camry and cruise around town. More

I know Nick Fisher and he hooked me up with Mark Robertson who took me on a test drive of a 2011 Avalon Limited, explained many of the car's features and downloaded my phone contacts onto the phone in the car. Great way to hook a customer! Nick provided me with a very good price and I returned 2 days later to close the deal. Mark went over the numerous options the car has and thanked me for my business. Steve in Finance had all the papers ready to sign and made the experience of spending my hard earned money as pleasant as possible. Within a few hours I recieved and email from Lynda setting up my 45,000 mile service appointment in October. Well done to the Tri-County Toyota Scion team. Raymond T. Kase, Jr. More
