At the beginning of our process, we identified two luxury brand vehicles as our primary targets and included the Highlander as a third option because of our positive history in a Toyota Sienna. We test drove all three vehicles and were impressed with the Highlander's smooth ride, ample power, and comprehensive features. It was clearly equal to the other two vehicles. With three good options in front of us, the Tri-County dealership experience was ultimately the deciding factor for us. (Why?) Our salesperson Ray Carwheel was informative, straightforward, and friendly. We had done our research in advance, so negotiations were quick and concise. We were presented with a very fair price and were not pressured to buy that day. After a few days of consideration, we determined that the Highlander was the right vehicle for us and made the deal.
