I went into the service dept. for an unexpected problem. He was prompt in addressing me. Said that the problem has never happened before. They would disconnect the motor & if I chose to "replace" it later He was prompt in addressing me. Said that the problem has never happened before. They would disconnect the motor & if I chose to "replace" it later, maybe spring - I could contact the parts dept. for pricing. I wasn't given the option to repair on the spot or make an appt. in the near future. I wasn't given the option other than to disconnect - basically put a bandaid on it. Based on my service today, I would not recommend the dealer's service dept. I am hesitate about scheduling service in the future. More
Tri-County is a great dealership. Many times I have relied on them to service my car and each and every time they have come thru. I give special laudits to John Rutherford. I've worked with Rich for probably 10 years. He is very good at coordinating parts, service schedules, and my availability. The dealer is also very good at providing an estimate of the repair costs. No communication, no follow up on ordered parts. Horrible service. Brought my car in my first trip for my free 5k service. Somehow oil change, and basic look over took over 2 hours. I was na appointment at 7am, first avalible of the day. Next trip was for a broken navigation unit, my screen was froze. I was told 5-7 days. 3 weeks later no call, I call and find out its backordered and typicaly takes a month. Two months later I call again and was told by parts that service should have called weeks ago and that there is a reflash for the unit that must be done prior to ordering a replacement. Rediculious. More

Greg was great! He wasn't pushing me to make a decision right away and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He knew exactly what to do to allow me to walk out of there happy. We bought our Sequoia at Tri County and have been pleased with it and the service at Tri County! We had put a deposit on a Cadillac Escalade and cancelled it after we visited Tri County Toyota! In March of 08, I needed a car with good gas mileage. I was shown an 08 Yaris sedan and it was exactly what I needed. I have 65,000 miles on it already and I have only had to purchase tires recently. They are always very friendly when I take it in for check ups and inspection. Everyone I have come into contact with while I am there and even when I call to make an appt. go out of there way to make the experience enjoyable. They also always explain what they did and answer any questions I might have. I will be sure to go there when I need another car. More
Fantastic service: I brought my 2007 RAV4 in to have 2 recall items taken care of. A service person noticed a loud rattling noise coming from the engine. He suspected a bad water pump. The noise had st recall items taken care of. A service person noticed a loud rattling noise coming from the engine. He suspected a bad water pump. The noise had started several weeks ago. However, I indicated that when I brought it in I was 8 days past the 60 month engine warranty. The recall work was finished in about 1 hour. I was told that Tricounty got the OK from Toyota to replace the pump under warranty. I was given a lift home and my car was ready by the end of the day. Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. Scheduled 25,000 mile service on my Prius for a "sit/wait". I got there early and they took my car in and completed the work before my originally scheduled drop off.
