We are a 3 car Toyota family, we currently have 3 Toyotas all purchased or leased at Tri County Toyota. A 2002 Camry,A 2004 Highlander and a 2010 Rav4. Everyone is very friendly at this dealership. My service as routine, but overheard a customer dealing with an expensive repair that she said that she didn't have the money for. The service rep listened and offered advice to customer. She didn't just give the price and run, she offered options that would make her car safe, but remove some of the cost until her financial situation changed. This makes me feel that Tri County is just not after your money. More

I have had very good service with this dealership. From the first road test to the purchase of my Prius. Just had my first service at 5000 miles, the work was done on a timely basis and done well. Rich Rippel did a fantantic job in helping us purchase our new Sienna. We were extremely pleased with the service and deal that we received on the van. From the moment we entered the dealership, our salesperson, Bruce was very helpful and informative. He only showed us cars in the category we wanted and also in our price range. Initially, we only salesperson, Bruce was very helpful and informative. He only showed us cars in the category we wanted and also in our price range. Initially, we only went in to test drive the two cars we wanted to decide between and thankfully, Bruce did not pressure us to make a decision when we were clear that we would not be deciding on a car purchase that day. When we returned 3 days later after we made our decision, Bruce was working on a sale with another customer, so Glenn helped Bruce out by going with us for a drive in the car we had decided to purchase. By the time we returned from the test drive of the red car we had decided to buy, Bruce was able to step in and resume negotiations on the sale and trade in vehicles. Once all the details of the agreement were reached, which happened rather quickly, the car was taken to be detailed so that we could drive the car home that evening. Everyone we dealt with at Tri-County Toyota was informative and friendly, starting with Bruce and Glenn in sales and ending with the gentlemen in the finance department. Since we purchased the car later in the evening after the parts department had closed, we had to return with the car the next day to pick up the floor mats and owner's manuel. We also had to go to get the full tank of gas since the gas station was also closed by the time the deal was closed. This visit to Tri-County Toyota was also very pleasant, as Bruce was waiting for us with the floor mats and owners manual, and immediately accompanied us to the gas station for the fill-up. It did not take long at all to fulfill the "we owe" list. We were very pleased to find that it was important to the staff at Tri-County to continue to ensure our complete satisfaction even though the sale was already completed the day before. More
