On 5.7.12 I drove 3 hrs to buy a 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited from Tri-County. That very evening when I got home I noticed heavy condensation in the driver's side headlight. I figured, ok, warrant Hybrid Limited from Tri-County. That very evening when I got home I noticed heavy condensation in the driver's side headlight. I figured, ok, warranty issue, so I took it to my local dealer the next day. That afternoon local dealer called to inform me headlight wasn't covered because the left fender had been replaced - car had prior accident damage! This was not disclosed by the dealer and there's nothing on the CARFAX. Note that they knew who owned this vehicle - it was previously used by the local area Toyota Rep!!! Ok, fine, notified dealer and they sent a check to local dealer for repairs. I should also note that the front bumper is not set properly in the front grill or under headlight - so noticeable that there was work done. And why didn't I discover this when I bought the car - because it was cold, overcast and raining - so I didn't notice. Shame on me....NEVER buy a used car in the rain! So anyway, that evening, 5.8.12, got home and noticed that the front windshield was cracked above the rear view mirror - wasn't noticeable before because it was in the black-shaded area on the windshield. Long story short, dealer says is wasn't pre-existing - despite my showing them a picture of a rusted ding on the car frame where something had hit the windshield. Consequently, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And now, last night I discovered that the latch to release the driver's side passenger seat does not work. I can't wait to discover what else doesn't work on this car. Thank God I bought the extended warranty. Oh, and this is a Certified Used Car. Right. So like I said - Buyer Beware. I would not do business with this dealership again. However, Price was good and salesman was nice (Nick, decent fellow - I don't think he knew the vehicle had these issues). Follow up: as of June 11, 2012 dealer has made no effort to remedy the windshield issue (even after I filed complaints with the BBB amd FTC). I was stuck with having the windshield replaced myself. Clearly this dealership has no honor. Do not but a car from them. More

Decided on a whim that I would try to get an oil change for my 08 Sienna on a Thursday afternoon. Immediately my car was taken as I took my seat in the waiting room. I figured I'd be waiting for quite so for my 08 Sienna on a Thursday afternoon. Immediately my car was taken as I took my seat in the waiting room. I figured I'd be waiting for quite sometime but I was pleasently surprised to be there less than an hour. The waiting room is clean and bright. The staff will come out and speak to you if there is anything they have discovered while they are working on your car. Although I was told my vehicle would be needing back brakes shortly and they were able to change them right away if I wanted. I was unable to wait but was surprised that they offered to take care of the brakes on the same day. Thank you for your prompt and friendly service! More

I recently purchased a used Tacoma here. Bruce and Ken worked very hard to help me purchase the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. They also gave me a very good deal on my trade-in. Bruce even gave me a full tank of gas when I had told him that I had just filled my previous vehicle up the night before. I have just one small complaint. The first time I looked at the truck I noticed a center cap missing and Bruce said he would try to get one for me. The night I picked the truck up I noticed when I got home that it wasn't there. I called the next day and he said he never guaranteed me one. I then asked if he could get me a price on one and he replied that he would try to get me one. It's been a couple of weeks now and I have not even received a phone call back. I feel like he made the sale, got his money and now I'm history. Even if he called me back and said sorry, can't get you one, but can sell you one for....would seem a lot more proffesional. 5/25/12 Edit to add: After posting this a gentleman from their service dept. gave me a call and gave me a price on the centercap. I turned him down as I feel I should get the cap for free and know I can get one cheaper somewhere else, but was happy to see someone from there picked up the ball that the salesman dropped. More

Lost regenerative braking at 690 miles on new Camry Hybrid. Tri County took my car in right away without an appointment.
