I replaced an older Acrua TL and still got some decent money for it. Their online pricing is thousands less than the neighboring dealers. Orlando Perez, the manager, also made us feel welcomed from start to finish. More
Completely unethical and liars I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I went in a week ago to inquire about leasing an NX. After the test drive, the salesman and I began t I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I went in a week ago to inquire about leasing an NX. After the test drive, the salesman and I began to work on the numbers for a lease payment. After rolling in my payments on my current lease and putting $1,000 out of pocket, the payments that the salesman came up with was $420 per month for 12k miles. I told him that was higher than I wanted to pay and I would continue to shop other dealers. Two days later, they call me to say they can beat the price they gave me and that I should come in to discuss. I went in and spoke to the same salesman, and after discussing with his manager they came back with payments of $430. I asked why would they call me to come back and promise me lower payments and they actually raise the price. He had no answer for me so I left. A week later, they call once again trying to get me to come back in. I explained the situation to the guy on the phone and told him I'm not coming in, and that we can discuss numbers over the phone. He said he could get the payments at $400 and I could probably even get a better deal if I come in and discuss with the salesman and manager. I reluctantly go to the dealership once again. Right off the bat, they explain they can't do the car for $400 even though they told me they could an hour before I arrived. I asked him to price out a FWD instead of the AWD that we have been pricing, since the FWD is 3,000 less. They come back to me at $500 a month and only 7,500 miles per year instead of 12k. I was so furious at the lack of professionalism and poor ethics this dealership has shown. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone I know. More

Spent valuable time with used car Sales Manager Orlando and his team and they followed through on every promise they made in the negotiation process! I ended up purchasing a great car at an unbelievably fair price and the car was pristine on delivery day. My search for a used LS brought me to multiple dealers across NY, NJ and Ct. and these guys were truly tops in making the buying process a positive experience! May sound like I am overdoing it here but the experience was my best car buying experience in the last 25 years. If you are in the market for a used Lexus and are in the NJ market....call Tri State and ask for Orlando....he will make your experience a postive one and deliver on what he promises! More

Jim icoletti is the best salesman! I've been driving Lexus's for more then 10 years, and I've leased them all from Jim Nicoletti. He makes buying a new car so easy, every time! He calls me months before my lease is up to remind me to come in and see him, which is great because with the everyday grind, let's admit it, you always forget some things. This time I was torn between 2 different cars; another ES 350 or the new RX 350, so he took me out to drive both of them and took is time with me. He suggested trying something new, so I did! I absolutely LOVE my new RX 350, and am so appreciative to Jim's hard work to make sure I was happy with my choice. If you're thinking about buying a Lexus, ask for Jim Nicoletti! However, after narrowing my search down by price, I was surprised to see that Tri county had quite a few infact. I decided to swing by. I was greeted by Justin S., who would be my salesman. I couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant. He had the patience to explain, demonstrate and negotiate one heck of a deal for me. I am very happy with my purchase.
