I called and was told that a particular price was "absolutely, totally doable" to purchase a specific model they had on stock and even went over the options included and confirmed the price included the destination fee and there were no other charges that would apply except for taxes and state fees so later in the day I go there, turns out the agent I talked to on the phone was gone but another salesman tells me the same thing in regards to the price so I do the test drive, wait around filing out paperwork, let them look my car over to determine the trade-in value etc. and then when getting ready to do the purchase paperwork the salesman tells me a different, significantly higher price for the car. I ask him to honor the previous price and he says they won't make money if he lowers it but agrees to go to his manager. Manager comes and refuses to lower the price and ACKNOWLEDGES that his two salespeople who gave me the lower number did so to entice me to come in and stick around to negotiate, that a number is never final until the papers are ready to sign. I tell him that's entrapment and deceitful, that I had not been told the price was "negotiable" or "probably doable" or a possibility but that it was "totally" and "absolutely" doable. Manager says he'll do the deal by lowering the trade-in value they first gave me or extending the payment period but I tell him that is not lowering my bottom line. We go back and forth, he would not honor the price I was given twice by his salespeople, inadvertently said they do that to get people in the door so they can start "negotiations," and during negotiations kept trying to trick me to pay more. This is not just incredibly deceitful and dishonest - it's an outright scam! DO NOT GO HERE - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. More

BEWARE - SCAM ARTISTS I have been getting the run around from this dealer for almost 3 weeks now. I went in looking for a certified used car. I've dealt with at least 5 different sales people. Each one has been passing me from one sales rep to the other. My experience is there is as follows: - I valued my trade in using the calculator on their website and they did not honor that when I got there. - The car i wanted apparently keeps getting "sold" but i keep getting called back to come in for it. Oh btw i live 1.5 hours away. they called me in 3x only to tell me the car was sold. very shady if you ask me - The last guy i was dealing with via email told me to come in the next day and i called to confirm and he apparently doesnt work there anymore - Another sales guy made me take a day off from work to come in and he cancelled last minute on me - I never got the $25 gift card they promise on their website even though i have been there 3x already - one of the sales guys i dealt with had the vocabulary of a teenager. he was cursing and using foul language - facilities are horrible compared to other lexus dealers i have been to such as the edision or bridgewater dealerships All in all, these guys at this dealer are your typical and traditional used car salesman who say anything to get you into their dealership and then try to switch you to something else. I would caution anyone not to fall for their low prices that they advertise on the internet b/c there are lots of other hidden fees (more so then i have seen at other dealers). Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. More

Completely unethical and liars I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I went in a week ago to inquire about leasing an NX. After the test drive, the salesman and I began to work on the numbers for a lease payment. After rolling in my payments on my current lease and putting $1,000 out of pocket, the payments that the salesman came up with was $420 per month for 12k miles. I told him that was higher than I wanted to pay and I would continue to shop other dealers. Two days later, they call me to say they can beat the price they gave me and that I should come in to discuss. I went in and spoke to the same salesman, and after discussing with his manager they came back with payments of $430. I asked why would they call me to come back and promise me lower payments and they actually raise the price. He had no answer for me so I left. A week later, they call once again trying to get me to come back in. I explained the situation to the guy on the phone and told him I'm not coming in, and that we can discuss numbers over the phone. He said he could get the payments at $400 and I could probably even get a better deal if I come in and discuss with the salesman and manager. I reluctantly go to the dealership once again. Right off the bat, they explain they can't do the car for $400 even though they told me they could an hour before I arrived. I asked him to price out a FWD instead of the AWD that we have been pricing, since the FWD is 3,000 less. They come back to me at $500 a month and only 7,500 miles per year instead of 12k. I was so furious at the lack of professionalism and poor ethics this dealership has shown. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone I know. More
