Obviously people care about the sales they can make, but not too much about the service they offer or the image they give. SPEND MORE TIME ASSISTING PEOPLE BEFORE THEY GET UPSET INSTEAD OF AFTER THE FACT. It’s not that hard to maintain a list of people interested in a vehicle and notify them before they walk into your store when the vehicle is sold. Especially when you don’t have equivalent vehicle in stock and they are scheduled to come check the car. More
